Had tried the "Chocolate Sunday" start from 3pm as tea time.
This is really a place with amazing decoration never been excepted, like a deluxe coffee shop also with friendly services. With soft live music and comfort sofa providing a good mood for relax.
Don't expect to satisfy hunger as not much desserts (around 10) they have, but tasty. Of course we've tried everything, my favourite is their Coffee custard with mousse top. Bread-pudding are just fit with golden honey cover. They have serveral chocolate- covered fruit, best was hami-melon as it's luscious. Apple pie was fair, not too sweet and home-made feeling.
Personally I dislike cake, but as they have not much choices so also try them all. Didn't disappointed espically their banlanced New York chess cake.
Suggest them to add some salty snack,

make it dimmer for lovers kiss.
In all this is not a place for tougue surprise, but definity a place for relaxing with fine snacks and drinks.

Didn't really have a plan that night. Suddenly got Gundam's call, "Hey~ where are we going to meet tonight? Godfather said that you are coming." What!?!? I totally had no idea about what was going on.

Then I was just curious and asked, "Where are you guys actually going?" And Gundam answered, "DaDa" Oh! That's one of the places in my wish list, basically due to its superior interior design and decoration. As a result, I decided to join this event by coincidence.

The event was actually a Live Jazz night organized by a language exchange club. The admission fee was $150 per head with 2 drinks and some snacks included.

I picked a House Red as my 1st drink. The wine wasn't really up to my expectation as it is the dry type which I didn't prefer, even it had been breathed for quite a while.

The snacks were quite good though. There was a wide variety of choices such as Mushroom on Toast, Cherry Tomato on Toast, Bread Stick wrapped with Cheese and Ham. The presentation of the snacks was outstanding and the taste was just consistent to the appearance.

We also got a chance to try the cake there as it was the birthday of several members. The Tiramisu was just terrible. The inner layer was just too wet. In contrast, the top and bottom cake layers were too dry. We all turned out to have at least half of the cakes left over.

I also had a chance to look at the menu and found that "Home Made Ice-cream or Sorbet" costs $88 !!! A must try next time !!! LOL

Nevertheless, DaDa is definitely a nice place for drinking and chatting. The environment is more than comfortable to stay with your friends. Just couldn't imagine how such a small place could have accomodated more than 150 people that night.

Special thanks to Godfather, Gundam and Maxim who created some miscommunication by accident which created a chance for me to join this wonderful event~
