Cova Ristorante & Caffe (已搬遷) 新店位置

今年生日食左好多個生日蛋糕，但最愛當然係cova嘅tiramisu蛋糕啦，一班好友齊齊為我慶祝生日，買了一個兩磅的蛋糕。味道方面，唔甜，好滑，餅底亦做得不錯，兩磅蛋糕，足夠切十六件，啱啱好每人一件。雖然價錢貴左少少，五百幾，但一年一次，我估朋友都唔介意掛

一直都有留意食評, 也喜歡四圍試菜!常聽說 COVA 是一間不錯的西餐廳, 什致身邊朋友都有推介過.雖然沒有什麼期望, 前晚路過, 還是要趁機進去試試, 好歹是間有名氣的食店呀!結果卻十分失望!兩個人去, 叫了兩個 Dinner Special 一個是以龍蝦為主題的, 兩度菜 一個則是普通晚餐例牌, 三度菜還叫了一杯氣酒.龍蝦餐 第一度菜是 龍蝦湯, 倒是不錯, 沒有太咸也不太腥. 理想!晚餐 第一度菜是 自助沙律, 只有一些煙肉&雜菜, salad bar 很細, 沒有足夠選擇性, 有些碟已空了, 也沒有補上新菜; 不過算啦, 只是頭盤 食少少, 食物都幾新鮮. 接受!晚餐 第二度菜上得很慢, 食龍蝦餐的朋友又沒有中間這度菜, 只好光坐著呆等!第二度菜是 帶子蒜片炒意大利粉 (starter portion) - 份量只有五啖, 也不明為何要等咁耐!意粉異常油膩, 成口成碟都係油! 得兩片超薄的帶子; 意粉本身煮得很乾硬, 好像是急凍即食品叮熱後的口感 - 難怪大廚要落咁多油來掩飾了! 味道也是一般.龍蝦餐 第二度菜是 龍蝦仔 配意大利飯. 其實沒有什麼難度, 但大

Went to have tea buffet with mum and gf at this restaurant. The things are quite nicely made and there are lots of cakes to choose from, but i think hot things is not enough verities to choose from, they should make some sandwiches and other things ma. The cakes are veyr nice here, i like the cheese cake the most, the cheese taste is very strong and its very filling.

今次不是甜品buffet，只老友話未食過cova，就趁佢生日帶佢來慶祝。是晚只有5、6枱客，真是出奇地人少。大家都貪心，明知會吃不完，但每人也要自助頭盤，其實也曾試過自助頭盤，最突出只是巴馬火腿配蜜瓜，其餘只是普通貨式。煎鵝肝-有兩大塊鵝肝，雖大可是不夠肥美，而入口算是慢慢溶化，不過外層煎得不夠薄脆，沒有外脆內軟效果，失去了香滑口感。Carbornara-原是一道煙肉、芝士、蛋、忌廉的簡單意粉，這裡還加了雅支竹，有點畫蛇添足之感。燒羊扒-要了成熟的羊扒，嫩肉多汁，羶味不太重，但有著淡淡的香草味。到最後已十成飽，也忍不住要甜品，本來想要新出的creme brulee tart配gelato，但侍應哥哥說已售罄，唯有只簡單要了兩球乳酪味及開心果味的gelato，兩款味道的像真度高，香濃幼滑。暫時對cova有點膩，要暫停一下先。

Went to have a drink ytd afternoon with my parents but we just missed the tea buffet aiii. So we ordered a club sandwich, a quiche and a tiramisu. The club sandwich is quite good, its very big and inside has lots of fresh tomato and vegetables, the cheese taste is very strong and rich which makes the sandwhich even better. The ham inside is very thick and nice and on the side, theres some salad too. The quiche is also very good but its very oily. Inside theres a thick layer of ham and cheese too

I've been to Cova for dinner twice. The lobster set was quite good with a choice of salad buffet or soup, two to three choices of main course featuring lobster, tea or coffee. The portion was quite large. One of the lobster pastas was, however, too spicy. On the whole, the dinner worth the money, especially if you want some privacy at dinner in TST.

I heard that Cova is really famous for their cakes, so I went with my friend for the tea buffet. The environment was good, the design of the restaurant was good too. However, I don't think the standard of the food worth that amount of $$.The food was nicely layed in small white china dishes. They looked attractive to me. I am definitely a dessert personalthough the variety of choice is not too much, I do appreciate that they provide non-dessert stuff like little hamburgur and sandwichesIt's indeed a relaxing to try different types of cakesI recommend the cheese cakeI like their small potions which allows you to try nearly everythingHowever, the jelly is not good

尋日敍舊呀~ 一大班女子, 緊係食番d女子組最中意食既野啦啦啦啦啦, 甜品是也!知道tst的cova有offer tea buffet, 就問好資料, 2點50分去到排隊定位~ 見到好多人已經排緊隊LA..好驚無位, 好彩最後都有位。款式不多, 分甜點同咸食. 甜點有生果, 有幾款旦糕, 有啫喱, 有MINI TART, 同PIE咸食有MINI PIZZA, SANDWICH, BURGER.GENERALLY, 我覺得D咸點好味過D甜點, 因為D甜點太甜了. 咸點之中, 我最中意既係.三角形既包, 兩片好好好薄既包入面夾0左一片好薄既HAM, 如果就咁食個HAM就會太咸, 加埋個包食就剛好, 個包微暖, 而且幾CRISPY. 好正!甜點中最好食既係朱古力旦糕, 下面0個層係金莎0個種脆脆加D CREAM, 上面0個層係D 榛子加D CREAM, 好正~ 口感好豐富...其他野好普通, 無咩好講~另外一提, 請大家留意, KLN TONG的COVA係無TEA BUFFET的! 最後要了一個ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA, 消一消滯~

通常,高貴既闊太都會去五星級酒店high tea,hea吓,不過就無我份!因為我係窄太!但係今次tea都幾有呢類feel,可能環境都幾好咁啦!一百八十蚊一位,其實tea嚟講都唔平,食物種類唔多,但味道都幾好,甜品比咸點好3得多,特別鍾愛檸檬蛋糕,貪佢夠酸夠滑!另外要食朱古力tart,味道都唔錯!鹹點多數係一d好大路野,火腿,腸仔,芝士麵包,多士...三文魚包算係比較好食一d,可能因為用既三文魚都比較靚啦!

Cova的磅蛋糕有很多款口味，有牛油、橙、藍莓、朱古力及香蕉等等...但最討好、最得我歡心的始終是香蕉味！香蕉味的磅蛋糕經常賣完，所以我一買便會買2個！這個香蕉蛋糕的香蕉味極香、極濃郁，每吃一口都是濃濃的香蕉味！而且蛋糕口感又軟、又滑，不會太甜亦有黑糖香。每次從雪櫃中拿出來品嚐一片厚切，真的很感動！

早幾日前 我和朋友想搵一間餐廳食晚飯 我地經過港威大廈睇見一間意大利餐廳COVA 跟著我地一起進入餐廳食晚飯 有位著黑衫類似主任/部長好熱誠地介紹今晚有乜野特別介紹同dinner 我地終於叫左兩份dinner 頭盤係沙律吧同主菜牛仔柳 兩款食物都很好之於餐後甜品 可選擇cake or ice cream or coffee tea 如果可以選擇兩款就不錯 同一期間我看見隔離一檯客人找經理投訴 原因可能客人的食物沒有食曬 個waitress又冇問個客原因就收走同埋個客人投訴另一個waiter聽錯另外一檯日本遊客order 之後個經理就向客人道歉解釋 同一時間個經理就向兩位侍應(炸型) 這樣做法是不當的 原因我看見這兩位侍應當時很不開心 經理要檢討自己的做法是否對的 總結黎講 COVA都算係一間高級餐廳 服務都可以接受 我會再黎多一次

去食 tea buffet $168 野飲選擇少 同埋只係送一杯野飲啫食物份量少: 仲細個 個拳頭樣樣野都細細件 細細件咁至於 d cake 就一般啦....款係有好多比你選 但你唔會食得多因為食左一件 你已經覺得有d滯住滯住嘅感覺

三五知己星期日(1/6/2008)下晝兩點九專登走去排隊.就係為咗食呢個tea buffet.呢度好多有cake 食,Blueberry Cheesecake,Mango Cheesecake Cake, Chocolate cake, butter cake, Chestnut Cake, puff etc. 仲有生果盤同一啲好"的骰"o既三文治.餐前一杯果汁,餐後一杯咖啡/奶茶.呢度環境高級且寧靜,服務一流.但係食物款式唔多.每人$185唔係好抵.

Went to Cova with my mom for dinner last weekend. And ordered a dinner set ($238) : included a soap with fish pieces in it, a crab pasta with tomato sauce and a dessert. I regreted to choose the soup instead of the salad, at least it looked better. The pasta was tasteless. I had to add salt and pepper to make it taste a little better. The worst part was that we found small pieces of crab shells in the pasta. The dessert was ok. The overall service was good. I'll try the salad next time.
