Been eyeing this Japanese-American style cafe for a while now, and finally got the chance to try this out! — What a pretty udon dish! Portion size was very generous and definitely an item to order if you’re looking for something to fill you up. The udon was well cooked, with a nice chewy texture to it. Personally thought this could’ve done with a bit more savouriness as the sukiyaki sauce was a bit too sweet for me. The beef was really tender too and the salmon roe helped add a good umami touch.The Japanese onsen egg added a nice creamy finish to the dish.

— This was SO good. I wasn’t expecting the pistachio flavours to be so rich from the light green colour but I was so wrong. The drink uses their homemade pistachio nut butter for that strong nutty flavour and smooth texture. It had a lovely thick yet smooth consistency, what you would expect from a good milkshake like this one. The subtle vanilla aroma also comes through very well and goes perfectly with the pistachio.

— This was slightly underwhelming given the name 😂 I was expecting something super rich and chocolatey, but the chocolate flavours in this weren’t very prominent.
📍Ambiance: pet friendly, staff are friendly and helpful, cool decor, bright interior, but seats are slightly cramped
⭐️Would visit again?: Totally!
