One of the bad experiences! Can’t believed it’s a Michelin star!My friend booked the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised it has a Michelin star when arrived. And, I was looking forward to a nice meal. The food was very good, however, the service was so bad that it ruined our night. One of the waiters was very bad at services, rude and really should not be in the service industry: taking orders wrong, snatching menus, forgetting pour wine to the person who tasted the wine after pouring for the rest. We had to keep raising our hand a few times for them to notice many glasses are empty. When we were paying the bill, he realised he took wrong orders, without apologise, became snappy and snatched the bill, took off and said will take the item off the bill. All we wanted is to pay what we ordered.非常失望的一晚!朋友在這間餐廳訂了枱,到步才知是米芝蓮一星。初時以為會有一個愉快的晚上。食物還可以,但係服務的確強差人意,不知道為什麼可以有米芝蓮一星。坐低後才知道只可以同枱點set Menu。不可以單點。有兩個朋友不食肉,一個不食海產類,餐廳都可以改換set Menu中一些菜品,最後覺得朋友一齊食飯唔緊要,所以便繼續。朋友點了紅白兩支不同餐酒,侍應給我朋友試酒,朋友覺得可以後,他便幫其他客人斟酒,斟完後卻忘記了試酒的朋友的杯子,並離開餐桌,需要我們叫喚才回頭斟酒。我察覺到他當時已經面黑黑覺得不耐煩。進食期間,我們朋友間多次酒杯冇酒,不知是否當天晚上侍應人手不足,侍應並沒有留意,因為餐酒放在離我們餐桌比較遠的地方,我們不可以自己服務,最後需要我們多次叫喚,侍應才幫我們加添。我們進餐期間,兩支餐酒分別喝完,我們分開繼續添加了紅白另外兩支。本來問題不大,可是到結帳時朋友看到其中紅餐酒加單時,侍應把一支餐酒落了三杯單點?!?!白酒也少了一支。我們覺得有一點奇怪便跟侍應了解。他說他以為我們是想單點三杯。我們聽到也找不着頭腦🤔。說話還未講完,他便從我們手中拿了賬單,二話不說很晦氣地離開餐桌,說會把三杯餐就取消。最後黑口黑面的侍應已經不想再回來,由另一位侍應將新嘅賬單給我們,餐單只有紅白兩支酒。這是餐廳堅決收餐酒的費用。我們說,我們只是想根據我們真正點多少餐多少酒來付費,不知道為什麼會有這麼不愉快的經驗。個人覺得,這一類餐廳,優質服務是必須的。而米芝蓮一星的服務是不是應該更加着重?…查看更多
帶屋企人黎食lunch,從一入門口到坐低,所有waiter都係黑面招呼,我點完個menu,話想睇下drink menu,個waiter夠膽喺我手中抽走menu!This is definitely what you expect from a Michelin restaurant! 於2024年3月14日,白色情人節,和愛的人吃晚餐。Aaharn 是由國際知名廚師 David Thompson 對泰國美食的世界級探索,綜合研究與技術技能結合而創造出香港獨一無二的菜單。在大館這地方享受用餐體驗增加了很多額外分數。餐廳裝潢簡約,以蘭花和鳥尾花帶出整個格調,燈光暗暗的,餐廳地方不大,適合調情。這是我第一次嚐泰國菜fine dining,點了688一位的tasting menu。小食-Ma Hor🍍傳統泰國小食,以豬肉、蝦、花生等煎成,再放於菠蘿上。它集合了甜、鹹、香辣,替我們喚醒舌頭該起床好好享受接下來的大餐。前菜Betel Leaf with Lobster🦞 [很喜歡]近期常見fine dining上用到了檳榔葉,自身帶有甘甜香氣。椰子、姜等配料配合好Refreshing ,令到龍蝦肉味道被提升。前菜-Ching Mai Chilli relish🌶️ [很喜歡]貌似零殺傷力的前菜,炸豬皮脆而不膩,點了少少洋蔥、青皮辣椒主導的醬料已經噴火,舌頭在叫嚷着火辣時,同時叫着爽。Egg Net with chicken and sha🪺以蛋花做成的網狀卷成,包裹着雞肉,帶點香茅的清香,鹹香的肉味道,咬起來口感像肉松。湯品-Guk’s Hot & Sour soup of braised pork ribs🐷一碗辣勁和酸度剛好的湯,酸味先出,後而辣,清新得宜,很喜歡湯裏的乾蒜及乾洋蔥,湯品內的豬肉大片,以湯拌飯一流。主菜-Grilled silken aubergine salad🍆冷盤的沙律,上面有個流心蛋,被薄荷帶着的茄子,顯出另一風味,清新爽脆。主菜-Aromatic curry of Chicken and Ratte potato🐥泰式瑪莎曼黃咖哩,甜甜的,醬汁濃稠,香氣撲鼻。雞肉嫩滑,薯仔煮得入味,拌飯之選。主菜-Stir fried Iberico pork cheek and coriander 🐖 [很喜歡]採用了豬頸肉,故此肉身較鬆軟,像蜜糖味的豬肉,甜得來,烤焦味又出,單吃都非常喜歡。甜品-Mango Stick Rice🥭吃泰國菜怎能少得芒果糯米飯,這個是我看過最fancy的賣相,帶點咸咸的味道挺有趣,但略覺椰醬比較少,且和芝麻窩夫不太搭,我還是比較喜歡傳統的口味。一餐挺滿意的泰國菜,味道層面上五星,上菜速度慢一點更好。-$30 free flow水的-這裏的椰子水比越南更新鮮,更甜地址:中環中環荷李活道10號大館02座槍房1樓…查看更多
It was my birthday. The manager offered us a balcony seat so we could enjoy a nice view to watch the Christmas night show (every 30mins).I ordered a vegetarian tasting menu. The staff introduced the dishes and taught us how to eat in order to get the best flavour and texture. If you like extreme taste of spicy, you will definitely love the dishes.At the end they made me a mango sticky rice birthday cake! How sweet they were!I want to say thank you to the staff. This is definitely one of the most overrated restaurant I have ever visited in HK. The food quality is very normal. The portion is very small too, and I had to eat McDonald’s after I had dinner here. At most, you can say the food looks pretty but the taste is nothing special. The service level is definitely below par for a Michelin one star restaurant. 📍 Aaharn📍 中環 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 • 大館02座槍房1樓-Aaharn - the only Thai restaurant in HK with a Michelin star 🌟 - serves modern Thai cuisine within the historic surroundings of Tai Kwun.The restaurant consists of an indoor area, not too big, yet spacious; and a balcony which overlooks the parade ground of Tai Kwun. -Their ten-course set lunch is great value for money at $488 per head; and during the DiningCity Restaurant Week, the set was offered at only $398 per head! The set includes three kinds of canapes, five kinds of mains, and two desserts and is super satisfying and fulfilling. Each of the dish was of the right portion so it allowed diners taste their exotic flavors but won't be overwhelming. Particularly loved the curry - had to top up much jasmine rice to pair it with!
