最近行到上環蘇杭街,發現咗一間 黑龍拉麵新店!原來呢間店早於2014年已經喺灣仔開業店內裝潢走日本居酒屋風格,有吧檯位可以望住廚師煮麵,仲有靠窗嘅位置,可以欣賞內街景致,氣氛好有 Feel。當然,如果想坐得舒適,仲有四張普通餐枱啱曬朋友聚會。落單方式採用數碼點餐,快捷方便。今次食咗兩款拉麵:👉🏻 黑龍豚骨拉麵:湯底濃厚,帶微微蒜香,叉燒厚實又入味。👉🏻 白雞鹽拉麵:口感清爽,雞肉滑嫩,食落清淡但層次分明,啱曬鍾意 light 口味嘅朋友。除咗拉麵,仲 order 咗幾款小食:章魚丸:外脆內軟,配上海苔粉同木魚片,口感好豐富。枝豆:清新解膩,食麵前後都啱啱好。炸雞:外皮香脆,肉質多汁,仲有沙律醬伴食,幾驚喜!飲品方面除咗汽水(芬達同Zero可樂),餐廳最近仲 成功拎到啤酒牌,可以嗌生啤🍺,邊食拉麵邊歎啤酒,感覺更完整!飲品方面除咗汽水(芬達同Zero可樂),餐廳最近仲 成功拎到啤酒牌,可以嗌生啤🍺,邊食拉麵邊歎啤酒,感覺更完整!📍 黑龍拉麵・上環蘇杭街26號地舖查看更多

朋友帶我嚟呢間係日本人開嘅拉麵店 拉麵選擇多,除咗豚肉之外,仲有牛筋,雞肉,桵海老 (櫻花蝦)等。可以揀湯拉麵,沾麵。 食量大嘅朋友,仲可以加個細飯。 我哋點咗: 🐮 牛筋 Black 拉麵這碗拉麵有齊牛筋豚肉玉子洋蔥蔥木耳等,口感豐富,牛筋煮得相當淋,搭配濃郁的醬油湯底,讓人每一口都充滿滿足感。🤤麵條可以按個人喜好選擇軟硬程度,我揀了正常,軟硬程度剛剛好。 另外,可以問店員拿熱湯,自己去調配湯嘅濃度。🦐櫻海老沾麵 (大)點了大碗,真的很巨大的一碗!  有豚肉玉子筍同木耳絲,另外加了紫菜。 沾汁有大量櫻花蝦及蔥,海鮮味十足,麵條為粗身,好易掛汁,吃的時候將麵放進濃湯沾汁,非常適合喜歡濃烈口味嘅顧客。🍗 炸雞外脆內嫩的炸雞,香料調味恰到好處,每一口都充滿了酥脆的口感。🍻生啤 + 餃子🥟生啤的清爽感搭配熱騰騰的餃子,簡直是完美的組合。餃子外脆,內裡柔軟,跟朋友邊傾計邊暢飲是絕佳選擇。⭕️記得儲印花卡,滿三碗贈飲品,滿六碗贈餃子,滿10碗贈拉麵 📣 整體來說,這裡嘅出品相當出色,選擇多,上菜速度也相當快。 查看更多

喺灣仔已經食過一次,今次黑龍拉麵分店開到上環,一樣正宗有水準!牛筋Black拉麵配料有牛筋、叉燒、黑木耳、玉子、蔥、洋蔥牛筋煙煙韌韌,帶膠質富有營養!白雞鹽拉麵(加紫菜)最近好流行白雞湯,奶白色湯底非常濃郁,拉麵好掛汁,直接飲都好好味一點也不油膩,鹽味啱啱好🤤 有雞肉同兩大塊叉燒,巨多荀和蔥花,我另外加了紫菜!炸雞好驚喜!大大件又唔會太乾,夠juicy!章魚燒🐙即叫即整熱辣辣,好鍾意裏面有粒大章魚~餃子🥟餃子輕煎到外脆內軟,肉汁多!查看更多

好有日本feel嘅Kokuryu Ramen黑龍,喺上環都有分店吖,食物好正宗。黑龍叉燒飯,好鍾意,有玉子、荀、辣木耳,叉燒等,無叉燒厚切,好軟淋,有驚喜!用上日本米,煮得岩岩好,將蛋黃拌混一齊食,食到停唔到口。櫻海老沾麵,係用魚介湯底做底,再加上放咗好多嘅櫻花蝦,味道非常之香,湯底夠哂濃,啖啖面都沾滿醬汁。而麵質煙韌,吸收晒湯底嘅精華,無論沾麵定拉麵都一樣咁好食。黑龍豚骨拉麵,配合辣醬微辣調味,平衡油脂感,,叉燒大大塊,肥瘦均勻,流心嘅蛋黃配上豚骨湯,湯底幾厚身濃稠,絕配!餃子煎到好脆,章魚燒配上燒汁,外脆內軟,都好有日本風味。查看更多
