今日聚餐,有位同事上網搵左幾間餐廳提供我們選擇,我們選擇左麵館豬軟骨煮得好香,聞到生抽和老抽味,飄逸一陣陣鎮江醋,軟骨好容易咬碎,真是連骨都可以食埋口水雞肉好嫩滑,好香醬汁,小心雞肉會有黑印,如果見到有黑印,可以要求侍應換過,他們立即幫我們換過,態度友善對待擔擔麵偏辣,可以加入湯汁,有濕濕感覺,要食得辣才叫這餐,但好好味跟餐送豆漿或茶

冬天食呢間啲麵最正見住啲湯麵滾住過黎,掂到個碗都「辣」親呀我最鐘意食手幹麵,因軟硬度最岩我刀削麵就太硬了,米線果啲又無咩特別佢個湯底好甜,但有啲藥味的,本人不抗拒的,所以要行10分鐘都好,個個星期都至少一次我食親都係口水/醉雞,因對比其他選擇,好似較低脂咁(唔食皮)另外就係份量啦,都幾大份嫁,次次食親都有雞肶添醉雞的話,都好入味,我唔太好酒,都唔覺得難頂,而係好欣賞佢嘅酒香如果係口水雞,則係有麻香,唔辣的(我覺得)不過佢啲麵嘅份量時多時少咁統一番啲就好啦仲有檸茶都幾澀

我本是登龍街長期Fans,知道「面館皇」新開分店,決定去支持一下!首先職員態度勁差已經算數,再講食物,我點了一碗糖醋魚配刀削麵,漏單已經算數,等了20分鐘追了又追,終於來到,送上一碗的糖醋魚,(汁超稀,淡而無味)超難食!同登龍街那間差不遠,我絕對不會再來!

唔知大家中唔中意藥膳湯/肉骨茶呢?😍我個人係十分大愛藥材味既野😂無原因的... 同事推介我去呢間食,當然要去試下啦~👉🏿✨麻辣口水雞配拉麵 Hkd 56 💸 有埋野飲📌上菜速度好快,係用石鍋裝住,keep住熱辣辣😍藥材味十分濃郁!飲第一啖超級滿足,濃濃的藥膳味,好健康又養生!📌佢個口水雞大到驚人,應該有半隻啦,食個時唔覺辣,食完之後啲辣慢慢滲出黎,好過癮🤤多數都係雞胸肉,冇乜骨,懶人恩物👻而且個汁酸酸辣辣超開胃!仲會有啲黃瓜仔,超抵超大份呀👍🏿

Went for dinner. First thing first, their menu is really confusing. I wasn’t sure if it’s trying to be confusing so Ordered Ribs with noodle in soup, deep fried fish with veggie rice and their signature pan-fried dumplings. Ribs tasted quite bland, but found noodle to be ok. Noodle was all in different shape as it’s apparently hand cut noodle and I think that made it more chewy. Soup had quite strong herbal taste. Deep fried fish with veggie rice was fine too. Deep fried fish had not much texture for fish itself, but they did fry it quite ok. Dumplings however ended up being big disappointment.... nothing special and it even had some preparation issue (however, when we talked to the staff, they cancelled for us right away). It was ok, but think there are better Shanghainese choices in HK...
