之前喺長沙灣食過這間店舖,原來搬咗嚟深水埗, 記得上次食嘅時候食材好新鮮, 今日出咗糧又再嚟食一食喺門口睇餐牌就見到 鳥海山鐵板餐二人份有龍蝦,有鮑魚,仲有鵝肝多士第一道菜前菜 - 沙律第二度菜就係是日刺身-有四款侍應介紹順時針咁食一睇就知魚生新鮮鐵板料理的重頭戲,莫過於「活龍蝦」與「活鮑魚」整整一隻龍蝦起肉鐵板炒, 最特別係醬汁係以蝦膏調製所以蝦肉蝦膏味濃,師傅精準火候鎖住肉質彈性, 絕對係食到停唔到口活鮑魚彈牙有口感, 調味唔會好複雜,食返原本鮑魚的海鮮味, 覺得鮑魚最好嘅烹調方法就係鐵板 燒, 有鑊氣又惹味牛肉薄燒裏面捲咗一些蔥同埋炸蒜好期待的鵝肝多士厚切鵝肝煎至外皮酥脆, 下面多士以牛油煎香, 每一口都是熱量與幸福的拉鋸戰再嚟炒飯粒粒分明,有蛋香同埋櫻花蝦最後再加一個炒雜菜鐵板燒嘅精髓係既可以品嚐美食又可以睇到師傅炒功精湛餐廳逢星期一休息

最近我去咗位於深水埗的「鳥海山鐵板燒」,呢間日式居酒屋真係好正!環境雅致,燈光柔和,適合與朋友聚會。我哋選咗鐵板套餐(二人份),首先上嘅係精選刺身,包括鱸魚、油甘魚、帶子同深海錢魚刺身。每一款刺身都非常新鮮,特別係帶子,口感滑嫩,咬落去非常鮮甜,味道層次分明,真係令人陶醉。接住上嚟嘅係沙律,清新可口,為後面的菜式打下好基礎。然後就係活龍蝦,鮮香味十足,肉質彈牙,非常好食。活鮑魚亦係新鮮又滑嫩,加上鐵板燒嘅火候掌握得非常好,真係食得好過癮。另一個亮點就係鵝肝多士,鵝肝香濃,配上酥脆的多士,讓人一試成主顧。牛肉薄燒則是鮮嫩多汁,肉質上乘,搭配一些野菜,口感更加豐富。最後,我哋享用了炒飯同味噌湯。炒飯粒粒分明,味道香濃,而味噌湯則清淡可口,為整頓餐劃上完美句號。總體而言,「鳥海山鐵板燒」的菜式質素高、味道出色,服務態度友善,環境舒適,真係值得一試!我肯定會再返嚟,期待再試其他菜式!
