同女朋友食生日飯,本來想搵間有情調既餐廳,之前在附近食飯覺得裝修OK,於是BOOK位,開頭點左D食物,其實都OK,用餐時間佢地講左係個半鐘,食左9個字到,個鞋口鞋面WAITRESS,居然問我地會唔會再點野食,生日飯係咪唔俾我同女朋友傾下計慢慢食呀,點野食係咪要不繼點呀,我地之後再點野食喇..食到仲有15分鐘既時候,WAITER毛喇喇遞張BILL過黎叫我地找數,佢地依個MOVE完全唔掂,唔該佢地學下旺角南小館果班後生仔果D服務喇,15分鐘會主動問客會唔會再ORDER食物,唔會好似依間咁既餐廳遞張單過黎趕客,見到張單仲激氣,我地見到有個我地冇ORDER既ITEM要收$50,如果係佢地一早俾O係度果碟前菜,我叫果個WAITOR EXPLAIN依個ITEM,我話我地冇ORDER過,佢話依個ITEM O係度好耐,O係度好耐係咪代表我地知道,我地係第一次黎架靚仔(亦都係最後一次),你地同新年D人搬盤桔去我公司,講聲生意好,就要我俾利時有咩唔同CONCLUSION: 依間野SERVICE唔掂,其實係冇SERVICE,冇人主動REFILL TEA,你地學下旺角南小館果班後生仔,一餐飯主動幫我地REFILL 6次,野食又唔係出色,野食講真以前在附近果間歡樂今燒好食好多,野食更加多選擇,依家想食串燒,我會PREFER炭查看更多

前晚男友放工,約咗我去街街,突然好掛一下住隠泉嘅串燒,於是就去咗喇。其實串燒我嚟嚟去都係食嗰幾間,竹家首選,隱泉次之,竹家鐘意佢哋個酒盜芝士,wasabi 豬頸肉、牛舌同豬大腸。而隠泉就鐘意佢哋嘅牛脊肉同免治雞肉捧,各有各好。總之,係九龍就食竹家,係香港就食隱泉。兩間都好味😍😍😍查看更多

自從幾年前被舊公司同事導了升仙把隱泉介紹給我後,就不能自拔了。隱閉的小店,進去時要脫鞋的,店小小的但有很和式的感覺,這天smart bunny 帶了新公司的同事來,亦成功導了他們升仙,往後他們自己不斷再訪。先說好吃的,這裡的厚燒牛舌及隱泉燒牛脊超美味,還有跟飯團的鵝肝及信州燒蠔都是必吃。其次有豬頸肉及雞翼,smart bunny 吃串燒的胃很大,也愛點。但茄子及蟹腳便不必點了,前者太淡,後者的質素不值這個價。總括來說,隱泉是間好店,值得推介。查看更多

隱泉是隱藏於大坑的一家小店。地方雖然陜小,但佈置舒適。這夜點了十來款串燒,想在此跟各位分享其中幾樣。雞肉棒,這個是幾叫人失望的。外表看來是揑得蠻實在的。但咬下去,卻是鬆散欠嚼勁,且味道偏淡,說老實點,其實是沒有甚麼味道。大蔥雞肉和雞翼,跟雞肉棒有着相同問題,就是沒有肉味,也沒有鹽味。可取是燒得濕潤帶燋香。假如能下多點鹽巴,效果必然更好。厚切牛舌,肉厚彈牙,燒得恰度好處。不是太淡,有燋香有咬口,非常好味!燒年糕,一向不愛吃年糕,但這裡的叫人有驚喜。外面香脆,𥚃面軟糯,煙靱味美。總的,這裡師傅燒得有水準,沒話可說。但味道就太過淡口,略嫌味寡。如果不喜重口味,不妨一試。查看更多

之前都食過隱泉,真係幾好味,環境好有日本feel 。 不過尋晚食食下,無啦啦有隻小強走咗去我朋有個身到,我朋友嚇得大叫起來,但小強走得好快,到最後捉唔到佢亦影唔到相。跟住店員話完全睇唔到隻小強,叫我吔唔好嚇親其他人! 好彩後面有枱好心哥哥話佢都見到小強,有冇攪錯,我唔係介意有小強,只係覺得店員嘅態度好有問題,唔好意思都無句,仲叫我吔唔好嚇親其他人。幾好食都好,態度唔好!唔會再去。查看更多

第一次到大坑食飯,選了這間串燒店,訂枱時要六人枱,店員問會否介意六人會坐迫一點?最後我們一行五人到,都覺得很迫,隔離枱真的坐了六人,但有兩人真的要貼住幅牆的!這裡地方很少,只有四張四人枱和一排可以坐六至八人的吧枱。所以四位朋友來是最好的!其實我也喜歡這樣的小店,地方細細,客人和店員會比較容易熟絡,而且這裡的店員也真的很細心,會不時介紹一下食物,最重要的是她們時常也笑容滿面,客人也食得開心!加上這店位處細小橫街內,令我有到了日本小店的感覺!我們點了四款小食前菜:冰頭漬,是三文魚眉配上酸酸辣辣的醬汁,三文魚眉是爽脆的,之前未食過,都幾特別,值得一試!河豚乾,燒得不夠乾身,質地淋淋的,乾身些,香脆些,會好些!清酒煮蜆,味道還好,但蜆太細隻了!燒明太子,頗咸,伴以啤酒也覺得咸,可能配白飯會好些!之後就是主角串燒:鵝肝,鵝肝配上燒飯團,一淋一脆,一濃一淡,絕配!自家製雞肉棒,雞肉內混入了似是雞軟骨的東西,加上生蛋黃,嫩滑脆的口感一次過滿足了,必食之選!信州燒蠔(味噌燒),店員介紹伴以沙律菜一同進食,先來一口不伴菜,食落味噌味頗濃頗咸,之後伴以沙律菜便恰到好處了!帶子,大隻,新鮮,生熟情度剛剛好!雞軟骨(日本長州赤地雞)、鴨舌、雞珍(即雞腎)、雞肝,唔知係唔係雞軟骨括住係日本雞,好似真係好吃些,脆口,不會硬生生的,其他的就一般合格水準吧!厚切牛舌,厚切令肉汁得以保存,喜愛吃牛舌的朋友一定要食!隱泉燒牛脊,生熟情度恰好,但屬於牛魔王的我覺得牛味不足,有些失望!鰻魚,皮脆肉嫰,但略為淡口一點!豚肉露荀卷,合格之作!黑豚,濃濃的豬肉味,有肉汁,好味!日本青椒仔,這個沒什麼特別,只是本人特別喜愛吃青椒仔,所以是本人必吃之選!最後便是甜品了,鮮果沙冰:柚子沙冰,超濃柚子味,但對於我來說,是酸了一些!菠蘿沙冰,迷你菠蘿,外表有趣,清甜味香!雖然這裡用餐不算平宜,但我會再來的!查看更多

厚切牛舌,燒得不算乾身,吃起來則是爽口、豐腴鹹香,也不怎麼韌,很好吃啊!結果我們也就毫不客氣的追加了一人一串,哈哈。自家製雞肉棒清甜鬆軟,還有黏稠香滑的雞蛋黃,不錯,不過我還是最喜歡和居和居的鶏のつくね焼き。其他食物相片及分享,請到稻田大學參觀一轉吧,大家應該「知訂」的。查看更多

這是我第二次來到這裡,我回來為雞肉棒但我忘了拍照/____\''這是迄今為止最好的雞肉棒我已經嘗試過,it matched with the egg yolk ...... yumm...前菜,新鮮和平衡你將會吃的, 大多是串燒三文魚眉,其非常特殊的勉強在resturant服務,用醋,口感煙銀和爽口,味道並不像魚在所有味噌oyster,我喜歡它!它有一點點甜雞泡魚,柔軟,比我通常吃較厚鵝肝,他們用甜酸醬,這使得鵝肝的“肥肉”口感,燒的飯,脆,再次平衡了鵝肝"meltness"牛肉烏冬面,牛肉有咬口但是不會好硬,烏平滑!但我覺得湯太淡查看更多

This was my 2nd time to 隱泉串燒 Insen. I loved it since the first time I tried this place with few friends but the 2nd time experience was even better. I made reservation at 6:30pm and asked to return the table by 9:00pm which is good enough for a nice over 2 hours laid back meal. Three of us tried out almost everything on the menu, had two bottles of saka at $2,4xx (yes over $800 per person) which I know it's a bit expensive....but worth the dollar with the quality of the food (very fresh and grilled in just the right timing) and i love the cozy atomosphere of the place and the tatami in particulary.:)Highly recommended!查看更多

I seldom write comment on restaurant but this time I can't stand to speak outIt's really disappointed for such quality of food with such price and service providedLet's talk briefly about these1) FoodWe order the grilled food as usualThe quality of food is just up to average but the price is sky high comparing other famous and more delicious japanese restaurants.Some of them are too salty while some are no taste at allThe more ridiculous thing is the charge for the sourceI can't find any special about the source they provided and it is the first time I need to pay for the source in such kind of japanese restaurant.Maybe one thing can be appreciated, the temperature of food. It's really hot upon deliveryOther than that I can't find any more in fact2) EnvironmentIt tries to simulate the typical local japanese restaurant.However the place is too small so that the seats are a bit crowded.In japan, the customers will feel warm inside the restaurant even though they take off the shoes with bare feet in winter time.But last night my feet become freeze during the meal.Providing a comfort environment for such japanese cuisine is a basic thing to meNow the restaurant outlook is ok but the inner part is .....3) ServiceThose waitresses are not cheerful enough especially after hearing our comment on their problems.Anyhow that kind of service again is not up to standFinally we need to change other place for dinner. 一直聽說這裡很難定,提前一個星期定好位過來,發現店真的很小,難怪難定,因為容量有限,一共就4,5張台,每桌撐死坐5-6人。店雖小,還挺講究,入內需要除鞋,坐下點餐。上餐有點慢,上了一串要等不少時間才有下一串,可能由於人手不夠。覺得好吃的,推薦:牛舌:很美味,厚切,但是烤的很嫩,軟硬適中,咬下去也很有彈性芝士年糕:芝士的香味混合在粘牙的年糕上,甚是美味玉米:似乎外面塗了一層黃油+糖漿,因為吃上去香甜十足不好吃的,完全不推薦:明太子飯糰:太鹹了,烤的也有點過茶漬飯:飯太硬其他菜單上的東西都還過得去,無功無過,可吃可不吃。服務方面,換盤很勤快,本來挺滿意的,不過最後新來一批客人坐隔壁,同去的的朋友186的塊頭就被擠到了。店員還不停讓他讓啊讓啊,最後就有點不耐煩買單走了。這點應該改善,安排位子不合理。查看更多

I have been to this restaurant for quite a few times, the food despite not overwhelming great but still considers fine with some touches on certain dishes, and what attracted me most is the ambience and atmosphere of this little joint.We chose this place last Fri to celebrate my friend's birthday, when we arrived at 7.15pm, we were told that we would have to return the table at around 9.30pm, so it was fine.During the meal, one waitress with a really grim face suddenly came to our table and said to us ( in Chinese) that we had to place our last order, AND that we would not be allowed to request for any additional food after the last order, we checked the time, and it was only 8.30pm!!! She went on in a very commanding tone that we had to return the table in an hour time, and we could only place one more order. We found her attitude so ridiculous and refused. She then went over to the other waitress and mumbled over her ears with her fingers pointing towards us, the sense of being cursed made us so uncomfortable that we just wanted to take off immediately, and by that time, our mood was totally destroyed by her attitude.It just leaves us wonder how could a restaurant be so spot on with its decor and ambience, yet so wrong with its service! I've heard only great reviews about Insen so I was very much looking forward to my experience and it didn't disappoint!! It has to be the best Yakitori in Hong Kong!! I was impressed from the second I spotted the entrance of the restaurant! Tucked in a small street of Tai Hang, it is highlighted by a cute little red lantern and a miniture japanese-garden-like entrance! Waiters greeted us at the door and politely asked us to remove our shoes before stepping in (Yea, make sure you wear good socks!) The restaurant is small (probably around 20 seats) but it's got a very nice and cozy ambience. We sat at the bar and ordered a wide selection from the menu: chicken wings, chicken skins, asparagus wrapped with bacon, oysters, scallops, chicken gizzards, beef, mince chicken, sweet corn....etc, and they are ALL beyond delicious and you can taste the passion for food in each skewers. we can also see the chef skillfully prepare each and every order behind the glass kitchen by the bar!Definitely a place that I plan to become a regular of! Make sure you make a reservation in advance as this place gets packed even on week nights and you can pretty much forget about walking-in on weekends as it is usually booked up weeks in advance!查看更多

二零一零大飯聚既最終回,今年序章係大倉鐵阪燒,中章係ambrosia既蠔宴,終章以串燒為題,黎左呢間睇住佢裝修又一直都未有機會黎幫襯既串燒店。先黎有open food,不過無咩印象。打頭陣係店員介紹既冰頭漬,即係三文魚眉,第一次食,伴酒不錯,食落爽身,好似軟骨系產品,幾特別,適合喜歡試新野既我地。多春魚,燒得乾身了點,食落亦有點腥,不算太好。雞珍,燒得有點焦,幾可口下,食落很有嚼口,都係伴酒之物。雞肉棒係自家製,原來係入面有雞軟骨,食落很有咬口既雞肉棒,再配上蛋黎食,食落更加香滑,好食。牛舌係串燒必叫的一款,這裡的係厚切,很軟,不太油,幾甘香,以這厚度做到這水準的地方不多,這裡的很不錯。信州燒蠔,有強勁麵鼓味,用上既蠔幾肥大下,係廣島燒蠔以外一個唔錯既選擇。燒羊扒,唔太羶,大路穩陣既一款。燒牛脊,係今餐最特別,印象最深的一款,肉夠厚身,外面有少少硬,內裡夠軟身,食落充滿肉香,好食。燒大蝦,燒得有點過火,幾乾身下,同埋調味如果重手一點應該會更好。銀杏夠哂煙韌,食落帶小小苦,不過很軟身。帶子,收水未算嚴重,汁下得夠多,帶子都係唔多適合做串燒。牛肋骨燒得很好,夠哂多汁,黎碗白飯應該唔錯。鰻魚,外面燒得金黃,不算太肥,可口的。清酒蜆,蜆夠鮮,大隻,清新穩陣。芝士年糕,夠煙韌,不過覺得芝士少了點。燒鴨舌非常惹味。關東煮係追加既一款,也不錯的。食串燒當然要點酒,是夜要了山花,夠哂清新。亦要左店家既香蕉梅酒,香蕉味強勁,幾特別的一款。整體印象很好,燒肉類幾出色下,燒海鮮相對就很一般。小小店,環境不錯的,唔會好強勁油煙味。服務不錯,是滿意的一餐。查看更多

Made reservations and didn't have to wait.Restaurant was very small, with 4,5 tables that seats 4 people max per tableServers were nice and attentive.Went there with 2 other friends, we didn't eat much. But I thought it was pretty expensive for the amount of food we had.Would not go again due to the following reasons:- they charged us $50 for the veggie bowl that was served when we sat down (we didn't even order that), and without refills- they charge by PIECE, not by skewer, for instance, we ordered 1 skewer of cheesy rice cakes (3 balls total) and they charged $22 per piece, which totals to $66, and they were small, like an inch diameter eachBut I have to say that their ox tongue is pretty great! but others weren't that special, no different than any other Japanese BBQ restaurant. Normally, similar restaurants charge $20-40 per skewer, but they charge $20-40 PER PIECE, which I find very unreasonable, given that the quality is not that great!We ordered:Cold tomato- niceDried blow fish- OK2 skewers ox-tongue- VERY GOOD1 skewer eel (2 pieces)- nice2 skewers chicken tendon- bad2 skewers chicken liver- bad1 order of beef shank ($180)- nothing special about it, it was quite tough1 skewer (3 pieces) scallops- nice2 lamb chops- bad, it was tough3 balls cheesy rice cakes- nice, but no different than any other Jap BBQ restaurantThe bill totaled up to $860查看更多
