今日唔講米芝蓮,唔講酒店餐廳,我想帶大家走入上環嘅大街小巷,試一間好多街坊同埋OL都推薦嘅越南菜館——「越蘆牛肉粉」。呢間舖頭位於上環皇后大道西,門面唔算特別起眼,但一到飯市就人頭湧湧,證明佢有一定實力。🍜 主角登場:會安蕃茄蟹檬 (Bún Riêu Cua)首先要讚嘅,一定係呢碗「會安蕃茄蟹檬」。作為越南中部順化、會安一帶嘅特色粉麵,佢同我哋平時食開嘅生牛河有好大分別。一上枱,首先係被佢橙紅嘅湯色吸引,蕃茄嘅酸香同蟹嘅鮮味撲鼻而來,非常開胃。湯底: 飲一啖湯,味道果然無令人失望。蕃茄味濃郁得嚟非常自然,唔係茄膏嗰種死酸,而係帶有豬骨湯底嘅醇厚同鮮蟹熬煮出嚟嘅鮮甜。湯頭層次豐富,飲得出係心機之作。配料: 碗入面嘅配料都好足,有扎肉、豆卜、豬紅,最重要嘅當然係嗰件用蟹肉同蟹膏製成嘅蟹膏蛋餅。蛋餅吸滿咗湯汁,一啖咬落去,蟹嘅鮮味喺口腔爆發,口感鬆軟,絕對係成碗粉嘅靈魂所在!粉: 檬粉爽滑,掛湯力一流,每一啖都食到湯底嘅精華。總括嚟講,呢碗蟹檬無論係湯底定係配料都做得非常出色,味道正宗,絕對係必食推介!🐷 最佳配角:會安烤豬頸肉見到餐牌有「升級優惠」,可以用$38加配一份小食,我梗係唔會錯過,揀咗呢個「會安烤豬頸肉」。豬頸肉烤得外層焦香,帶少少炭燒風味,但內裏依然保持到肉質嘅爽嫩同肉汁。醃料嘅味道恰到好處,有淡淡嘅香茅同魚露香氣,唔會太鹹,點埋跟碟嘅酸甜醬汁,即刻可以中和油膩感,作為餐前小食或者送粉都係一流。以$38呢個價錢嚟講,CP值極高!☕️ 神級收尾:越南雞蛋咖啡 (Cà Phê Trứng)食完正餐,點可以無杯嘢飲?我揀咗越南河內嘅名物——雞蛋咖啡。好多香港人可能對佢有啲陌生,甚至會驚有蛋腥味,但正宗嘅雞蛋咖啡係完全唔會有腥味㗎!呢度嘅雞蛋咖啡一上枱,就見到面頭嗰層好似奶蓋一樣,用蛋黃同煉乳打成嘅綿密泡沫。 根據傳統飲法,可以先用匙羹試一啖面頭嘅蛋漿,口感好似液體Tiramisu,豐厚幼滑,充滿蛋香同甜味。然後再將佢同底下嘅濃縮咖啡攪勻,咖啡嘅甘苦完美中和咗蛋漿嘅甜膩,入口順滑,味道非常有層次,係一杯充滿驚喜嘅飲品。佢唔單止係一杯咖啡,更加可以話係一道甜品,為呢一餐畫上完美句號。 總結 💯總括而言,「越蘆牛肉粉」絕對係一間值得推薦嘅越南餐廳。由裝修佈置到食物質素,都感受到濃厚嘅越南風情。今次試嘅三樣嘢——蕃茄蟹檬、烤豬頸肉同雞蛋咖啡,全部都喺水準之上,而且價錢合理,埋單連加一都只係$144。無論你係喺上環返工嘅打工仔,定係專程入嚟搵食嘅朋友,呢間「越蘆」都唔會令你失望!Read More
