晚上在新都城搵食,見到呢間蝦魂,主打日式拉麵,4月份仲有活動優惠,**第二碗拉麵半價**,咁吸引🤩就進入開餐囉。期間限定- 吉列櫻花🌸蝦虎蝦x鮑魚海鮮、番茄蝦紅湯拉麵🍜,吉列虎蝦大隻炸得香脆,鮑魚軟淋有彈性,仲有美味流心蛋,蜆肉跟元貝,有好多的乾櫻花蝦鋪面,蝦🦐湯底飲落好濃稠鮮甜,麵質爽彈又煙韌,好捧啊!火炙廣島蠔、燒豬腩肉x蠔湯拉麵🍜,廣島蠔肉質肥美飽滿,帶點煙燻香,肉質嫩滑又鮮甜🦪,豬腩肉肥瘦適中,燒得好靚又大塊有咀嚼感,蠔湯夠熱有點黏性,麵質爽口彈牙,啖啖滿足😌。鰹魚昆布漬廣島蠔,廣島蠔鮮嫩可口,喜歡食蠔的老友話唔錯。再加點日本糖心蛋同日式炒野菜,令晚餐更豐富。飲品點了大麥茶同埋白桃梳打。

Didn’t expect much in Po Lam area, was only passing by, but got dragged by the fragrance of broth.Shrimp (or seafood?) broth is superb (really good, don’t remember I have tried any shrimp broth better than served here…may be as good? But I am sure not better). It is made with tomato and there is no hint of the sourness of tomato but only its natural fragrance in a very SUBTLE way. I DONT LIKE TOMATO BROTH BUT I LOVE THIS BROTH.When I see the mussel in my bowl of noodles, didn’t expect much as most served in Hong Kong are not fresh at all but surprisingly the mussel is FRESH.Their noodles are actually good too, not sure its ramen or soba (they are in grey, not yellow) but goes very well with the broth.Wagyu dumplings are good.Japanese ice cream for $10 hkd. What can you ask for more.Very friendly service. A very pleasant surprise of dining experience. Will come back for another bowl!
