上次喺度嗌咗下午茶外賣返公司食，個牛角bell明明都幾好食，事隔個零兩個月再叫，質素差咗勁多！我個同事就叫炸脾，我就叫雞扒芝士撈丁，個賣相奇醜無比，真心我煮會靚過佢杯嘢連埋個嘢食每個餐差唔多成$70，而家覺得嘥咗個quota食個下午茶肥咗仲要好難食，覺得好唔抵我第一次食過下午茶會食咗個公仔麵，成塊扒留喺度。未試過食個下午茶咁難食，個公仔麵勁乾，塊雞扒貌似白烚仲勁鞋勁鹹所謂嘅芝士撈丁真心不知所謂你地可以睇下個賣相幾差評下理因為我哋係自取直頭漏咗其中個餐冇俾我哋，咁多樣嘢夾埋唔會再encore真心嬲好好一個下午茶時光就咁俾佢糟蹋咗香港嘅飲食業質素再咁差真心唔知點生存落去

與公司同事, 一星期總會有2-3天到此餐廳午膳，但今天真的感到氣憤，我們一班同事到餐廳都是12:30, 叫埋食物及進食午餐至13:00, 便有職員走來叫我們埋單, 原因是有其他人排緊隊(現場所見得3人等候), 本人覺得好氣憤，只是用餐30分鐘, 便趕客走，又無事前通知用餐時間只有30分鐘........大家留意.......係30分鐘,即係半個鐘, 便要埋單, 真的好過份, 想唔做我地生意咪出聲。祝生意興隆

My wife’s mom lives in the apartment next to Hi Tea. We visit her every Saturday and get lunch. We tried the new location of Hi Tea because it is now right next to moms apartment. We ordered a French toast, ham and cheese sandwich, and my favorite as an American the cheese covered French fries. The staff and management were so friendly from the start and the restaurant was very clean and bright. Our food was for take out. We didn’t check the complete order, we just took it when it was handed to us. We got home to mom’s apartment and found the cheese fries missing. Before we could call, they called us and even delivered them to us apologetically. The whole food order was very delicious and fresh, even the cheese fries(I recommend them with enthusiasm). We will tell all our friends and family to visit and try the new location of Hi Tea. The food and staff are one of a kind(very unique).
