自從知道旺角間花園餐廳執左之後，為左紀念佢，就去左尖沙咀E間食下佢。餐前湯。餐包擺明車馬係用微波爐叮嘅。E個並無懸念😂。個紅湯好似稀左啲啲，不過都算係幾清爽。食到條辣椒。今次叫左rib eye 食。可能係人真係唔多嘅關係，鐵板好熱之餘，佢medium 真係做到medium。這個真的很有驚喜（之後medium rare 都變well don ）。香港茶餐嘅質素返黎啦！個Rib eye cap 位做得非常好，好稔身。其實，香港近排真係好行左好多。…Read More

My visit to this particular 花園 enlightened me to the fact that this restaurant is part of a chain in Hong Kong. There aren’t that many or anything, maybe just 4 or 5. I had historically gone to the one in causeway bay. Anyways, 花園 really hasn’t changed much over the years, and the lunch sets have remained a really good deal. I got the soup, break, and steak for something like $75 hkd. The experience of getting the sizzling steak is always fun, and I’m glad this place is basically the same as it was 10 years ago.
