去西貢食海鮮🌊除左市中心之外,布袋澳亦都係一個好選擇👍,除咗環境更加有漁村風味🤩之外,性價比亦更加高👏。呢間發記海鮮酒家🥢喺呢度已經開業多年,門口貼滿唔同名人來幫襯嘅📸相片,就連發哥都來幫襯過幾次😍。椒鹽鮮魷🦑即叫即炸,外皮脆到「嗦嗦聲」💥,而且好薄,魷魚肉厚🌟鮮味又彈牙,椒鹽🧂惹味好開胃。豉椒炒🔥蟶子配腸粉呢個配搭都幾特別🤤,蟶子大隻鮮味,豉椒汁濃郁👍帶微甜,腸粉索晒啲汁,夠鑊氣又唔油膩🥰,正呀! 蒜蓉🧄粉絲蒸貴妃蚌勁鮮甜,粉絲吸盡鮮味好好食😋,蚌肉肥美,海洋氣息爆燈✨。花雕蛋白♨️蒸花甲用料十足好大碟,🍶花雕酒香滲入嫩滑蛋白🥚,加上鮮味花甲,真係👏大滿足啊!海膽炒飯🤩好有鑊氣,飯炒到粒粒分明🍚,海膽份量多到癡線,🥄每一啖都有海膽嘅鮮味,👍絕對係必點嘅菜式之一! 繼續閱讀

同先生行完山當然要食餐好啲慰勞下自己,難得嚟到布袋澳當然唔少得望住海景加吹住海風食海鮮。坐低已經見到店員喺旁邊開海膽,原來佢哋今日啱啱落完海捉海膽,隻隻新鮮肥美,非常吸引。海鮮選擇非常多,仲有唔少小菜可以選擇,價錢合理。店員見我哋心大心細,直接帶我哋出去魚缸揀海鮮,仲好細心咁逐樣報價,最後我哋點咗三款海鮮。首先送上嘅係豉椒炒大蟶子配腸粉底,腸粉炒得夠鑊氣,肥美冇沙嘅大蟶子爽口彈牙,加上清脆嘅青椒,成個組合都無懈可擊!當季奄仔蟹非常肥美,鹽焗嘅做法為鮮甜結實嘅蟹肉加上一點鹹香,原隻對切送上,完全可以用爆曬膏嚟形容,極度邪惡。最後當然唔少得最吸引嘅海膽蒸蛋,新鮮即開嘅海膽果然非常鮮甜,加上大量爽口青蔥,入口完全係鮮味大爆發! 繼續閱讀

香港|西貢|發記海鮮酒家難得有時間去西貢行下,見到呢間D海鮮好生猛。仲有好多名人幫襯過。豉椒蟶子炒腸粉第一次試海鮮炒腸粉 豉椒汁同腸粉好夾👍🏾蟶子無沙 大大隻好爽口💯食得出好新鮮白烚花竹蝦$128半斤 同街市差唔多價錢 但有廚房煮埋又有景 抵💯蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝粉絲同帶子都好入味 必食‼️平均$45隻 值得一試👍🏾辣酒煮花螺生麵底又係第一次加生麵底 值得+$30試👍🏾鐘意食辣可以一試 生蛋麵撈埋辣酒汁好惹味🌶️花螺份量好多 而且夠味👍🏾椒絲腐乳炒通菜好香腐乳味 夠鑊氣送飯一👍🏾海鮮湯無落味精 用咗好多魚煲 夠鮮味👍🏾成餐飯性價比高💯全部海鮮都好新鮮 價錢方面都抵食 2個人食咁多海鮮都只係$836餐廳夠大 個境仲好正 好適合一大班人入去食海鮮餐👍🏾發記海鮮酒家 (西貢)西貢清水灣布袋澳碼頭7A號舖 繼續閱讀

Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Easy Access | Restroom Cleanliness | Corkage Fee | Wheelchair | Easy Parking | Cake Cutting Fee | Pet Friendly🙂 😠 This is a seafood restaurant located in Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung at Po Toi O. It is by the water and they offer all kinds of seafood to choose or order from the menu. This place is easy to access but takes some time to get there. You can go by car and free parking is available. Or you can take minibus no 16 from Po Lam MTR station. After parking or from minibus station, you have to walk through a village all the way to the end, you can see two seafood restaurants there, the first one on the left is 發記. Wheelchair is ok too! It‘s good that this restaurant is pet friendly, doggies can go as well. They serve not only seafood but other stir-fry dishes as well… Rice, noodle, soup etc… In weekends, they also have desserts available from nearby shop. The seafood is fresh and tasty! Service is good and people there are friendly, talkative and helpful. The restaurant is next to the pier and the seaview is fantastic. You can smell the sea water and if you go earlier, you can see the sunset too. In day time, some people do boating or canoe around. Restroom is clean especially in this remote area. They don’t have extra charges on corkage or cake. Menu price is reasonable but please make sure to ask for the price of seafood before placing the order. Some are seasonal price, maybe ok but maybe very expensive. Overall, the price performace is ok.. After paying the bill, you just need to ask for a stamp on the parking ticket. It is not the type of fine dining restaurant but it‘s the country style casual dining with friends or family. Good choice especially the doggies can go with us together. 繼續閱讀
