難得今日放假，過去康城食個午餐，經過呢間舖頭，見入面可以食個簡單午餐，揀咗款午市打邊爐套餐，選擇咗一款有牛，有豬，有雞套餐，之後出邊嘅飲品任飲，前菜，沙律都係任食，另外仲有幾款熱食，味道都係唔錯，仲有啲湯同埋飯，之後仲有唔少得嘅丸類。同幾款蔬菜類。仲可以選擇啲韓式公仔麵，拉麵同埋烏冬，仲有綠茶麵，另外仲有即磨咖啡機，雪糕機，同埋棉花糖機，飲品方面都有唔少選擇，感覺上都係一餐豐富嘅午餐，牛，豬。質素都係唔錯，所以都係值得返轉頭再食👍。

昨晚為慶祝自己完成第100篇食評，特地選擇住家樓下的「牛氣」火鍋店作獎勵。這次選了最基本的 Level 1 放題，成人收費 $208，加一後是 $229，性價比相當不錯。主打牛肩肉任食，肉質不錯，油脂適中，不會過瘦或過肥。另有豬肉、雞肉可選，配上不同的火鍋醬料，口感豐富。我選了蕃茄湯底，酸甜開胃，湯色紅潤，不會過咸，非常適合打邊爐。火鍋配料種類多，有各式丸類、豆腐、時蔬、粟米等，亦提供壽司及多款熟食，如炸雞、炒麵等，無需等待即取即食。甜品方面有啫喱、布丁、蛋糕，更有自助軟雪糕機，簡單但有驚喜。飲品區提供汽水、果汁、熱茶等，任添飲。餐廳環境整潔，座位寬敞，職員服務有禮，補菜速度亦快。總括而言，「牛氣」的基本火鍋放題雖是最平級別，但選擇不少，味道有驚喜，是一間值得重訪的放題火鍋店！恭喜你 Daisy，真係愈寫愈有心得！準備第103篇未？

有位長髮女員工在我們距離還有三分鐘交枱時間時就已粗聲粗氣地說「你們時間已夠了」，但我見還有幾分鐘就想吃完還剩下的食物才離開。跟著我看見四周可能是因為將近關門的關係，還沒剩多少枱客。於是我便和她說「我還剩少許食物，你可以收拾其他東西先。」她有點不耐煩回應我「這樣我很難收的，萬一弄髒了你們便不太好。」我說「沒關係！你先收這些我們不要的東西吧！」說完後她便快手快腳執拾枱上物品，並將東西大力放在身旁的餐車盤上。不一會，她便晦氣地說了一句「這樣我很難執的，我不執了。」然後便走開了。我當時與友人目定口呆，看看時間還有兩分鐘才到交枱時間。在這事件上，我們亦只是不想浪費已煮好的食物，想食完便離開。而且那位長髮女員工給我的感覺是我們阻礙她下班，所以要趕我們走。最後，我們亦準時交枱離開。這樣的服務態度真令人不好受，如果真的因為到結束營業時間，可禮貌地向客人提出離開的要求，而不是趕客走。

呢間牛氣都幾抵, 尤其是如果你平日放假嘅話, 覺得最抵就係佢個定量放題！我有時都食唔到咁多嘢, 嗌佢個定量放題, 佢嘅份量就已經夠曬我食, 跟住佢仲有出面好多唔同嘅打邊爐食物, 樣樣都要少少, 咁真係夠曬飽了！值得推薦cp值高！
