My favorite is the one in North Point, which has always provided an impressive dining experience. Hoping to change my mind about the Tseung Kwan O branch, which I found just average on my first visit, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my perception remains the same, and the revisit was quite disappointing.I ordered the daily special: a Maguro Toro Rice Bowl Deluxe Set for HK$240. The set was visually appealing, featuring a colorful assortment of sashimi arranged over the rice. It was served with a side of cold vinegar jelly, which was quite good when mixed into the rice. A nice touch was saving some rice at the end to make ochazuke (tea rice) with the provided fish soup, which was kept warm in a thermos. However, the soup was only lukewarm, not hot, and cooled down quickly when poured over the rice. It also had a slightly fishy taste.As for the sashimi itself, the bowl included tuna, uni, maguro, toro, egg, and more. While the presentation was excellent and the ingredients seemed fresh, I prefer my sashimi to be served very cold. Placing it directly on the warm rice made it slightly warm, which I found altered the texture and flavor in a way I didn't enjoy.A few other notes: like some other locations, this branch does not have its own restroom; customers must use the mall facilities. The mall offers a car park with free parking based on a minimum spending requirement. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and conveniently located near Hang Hau MTR Station (Exit A1). They do not charge a cake-cutting fee, but a corkage fee is applied; this can be waived if you order sake from their menu.查看更多

還好的壽司飯 海街丼 (將軍澳)地址: 將軍澳坑口重華路8號東港城1樓186號舖人均消費: $101至$200海街丼的魚生壽司飯,是我較常吃到的一家,因為位置相當方便,除了在辦公室附近之外,東九龍區也有兩家,如果比較這個價位的壽司,還是魚生飯更合我心意,至少不用害怕師傅握壽司握得不好,吃得狼狽又不太盡興。這裏最特別的是醋汁啫喱,想調配壽司飯的酸度,可以用它然後慢慢溶化,這樣不會影響到飯的口感,同時酸度也能調節得比較平均,這點值得稱讚。可惜的是,刺身的質素,特別是吞拿魚的水準有點下降,赤身腥味較重,中拖羅的筋也未完全去掉,要加點努力,畢竟香港有質素的連鎖魚生壽司飯,就是這裏以及Doraya。The sashimi sushi rice at Umikaze is one of my favorites due to its convenient location. Besides being near my office, there are two branches in East Kowloon. Compared to sushi at this price point, I prefer sashimi rice since I don’t have to worry about the chef’s sushi-making skills, allowing for a more enjoyable experience. A unique feature here is the vinegar jelly, which helps adjust the rice’s acidity without affecting its texture, providing a balanced flavor. Unfortunately, the quality of the sashimi has declined, especially the tuna, which has a stronger fishy taste, and some sinew remains in the medium fatty tuna. More effort is needed to maintain quality, as good chain options for sashimi sushi rice in Hong Kong are limited to this place and Doraya.查看更多

咁啱 同屋企係附近 行到鋪外睇到 我爸又鍾意食日本刺身丼所以夜晚揀咗入去食個時唔算多人入到去職員好熱情 推介可以諗套餐 抵但我媽有啲都唔食 費時當日 叫咗 焰燒三文魚帶子丼賣相係幾好 都有鮮味飯都唔係大份量 但ok嘅海寶丼 特上賣相擺得靚 都多料食落都鮮 好食嘅兩款都配 可食完3分一就倒佢有個自家制湯倒入飯再食都夾嘅 好食嘅😋豚肉生薑燒丼正常豚肉丼 冇咩特別飲品都係正常 加餐 甜品仔都還好啦但覺得性價比唔係超高所以會覺得值得一試 試過就算嘅感覺查看更多

今晚7:30pm 入座,首先店內有好多空枱,店員都叫我地係門口等一陣先安排入座之後有位女服務員幫忙點餐,叫左個一人套餐 同滑蛋豬扒飯之後我目測都仲有2-3 台客入座 咁我地等左10分鐘左右,滑蛋豬扒飯就上左菜,再等左10分鐘後,我既一人餐仲未見任何一樣食物上菜🤐🫥我發現係我隔離台(遲過我地入座既)既2人套餐都係我等左25分鐘既時候上哂菜 😑😑好戲黎啦,我同店員跟進,幫我點餐既女侍應係咁好忙碌咁唔知做d 咩 😶‍🌫️😓完全無幫忙跟進,係我等左35~40分鐘既時候,我見隔離台既客人上哂菜加差唔多就食完既狀態,先比左個湯,沙拉同甜品(主菜都未上🙂‍↕️🫤😑🫨)最後係45分鐘之後我叫既魚生飯先上菜,我同左女侍應講,你係唔係無落單😵‍💫😵‍💫佢即時好大反應回應:一定唔係 我有落💀之後佢仲拎張落單既時間record 再同我講一次其實做服務性行業,第一無認真處理客人既情況,二 態度極有問題,第三 最後連200幾蚊既套餐小食都無上到比我。收咁既價錢 咁既服務態度,唔怪得飲食業生意咁差。我真係經歷一生人最差既用餐經驗 🥵🥵🤬🤬🤯🤯😡😡建議真係一生人一定唔會再去呢間餐廳,建議大家去之前都要三思。比錢買難受仲要無服務可言食物質數好一般🤬🤬🤬🥵🥵😡😡🥶🥶🤯🤯😓😓😓😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨查看更多

突然想吃魚生飯, 想起了東港城有一間日本餐廳一直很想嘗, 便拉著老公一起餐廳十分有日本的味道,  我們被服務員安排再卡位上, 十分寬敞又舒適廚師精選魚生飯$280端上桌的魚生飯,令人目不轉睛。一碗滿滿的新鮮生魚片鋪滿了整碗飯,包含了三種不同的肥味拖羅、玉子和我最愛的海膽。服務員在上菜時細心地向我們介紹了吃食的方式。其中一種方法是將醋變成啫喱狀,並根據個人口味混入飯中一起享用,鮮甜的魚生加上壽司飯和醋啫喱,這種獨特吃法令人驚喜。當吃到飯碗裡剩下三分之一的時候,我們便按照服務員的指示,將三款不同的配料倒入飯中,再加上鮮魚湯,讓整碗飯變成了茶漬飯。這樣一來,米飯吸收了魚湯的精華,帶來了濃郁的鮮美滋味,令人回味無窮。滑蛋豬扒丼金黃色的炸豬扒淋上順滑的滑蛋汁加上白飯,散發出誘人的香氣,每一口豬扒都是卜卜脆,十分嫩滑多肉汁,滑蛋香濃濕潤,其中還有洋蔥,蛋汁完美滲透到飯中還帶點洋蔥香味,都讓人不斷讚嘆查看更多
