Tried this new cafe in Central. The environment is quite good, spacious with electrical sockets and USB ports. 喺中環搭緊半山扶手電梯時，發現咗呢間新開嘅咖啡店，個門口要喺條巷仔行入去，唔係咁易搵。全間鋪有十幾張枱，我係平日下午去，得幾張枱有人，枱係木色，凳係綠色，令人好舒服，配合返間鋪主張健康plant-based食物。值得一提係佢哋有電掣同USB位俾人叉電，坐一個下晝hea下都得。Since the cafe is plant-based, they provide coffee with oat milk or soy milk only. I ordered a cup of latte with oat milk, it’s a small cup, and the taste is so-so.叫咗杯Latte，佢只提供soy milk (豆奶) 或 oat milk (燕麥奶)，店員話oat milk is more creamy，於是揀咗oat milk。杯oa

Maybe we were expecting too much from Treehouse. I was dying to try their sourdough flatbread but sadly it was sold out. I was told that I could try the leafy version and... I would probably not try that ever again. Treehouse charged way too much than it deserved. I mean $15 for another sunny side-up?! Isnt it a scam?!We added that to the forest burger anyways in case the burger would be too dry. And it proves that this $15 is necessary to make the burger taste even better. The burger itself was

Such a pleasant vegan-friendly addition to the crowded neighborhood! Spacious, bright, chill. The food is on the pricier end of affordable: balanced between deliciousness, healthiness, nutritiousness, and digestibility. Coco cold brew is a guiltlessly sweet way to caffeinate. Lots of seats, power outlets, and the WiFi is not too slow.

A unique place in Central HK serving exclusively plant-based western food (Burger, Flat, Bowls, Salad, raw dessert, etc...). Treehouse only uses high-quality food and ingredients magnified by Chef Christian Mongendre. It's simple, healthy, delicious and environmentally friendly. A must try!
