之前喺IG見朋友去咗間裝修好特別嘅餐廳,一問之下發現原來係位於灣仔嘅「杜老誌大飯店」,齋睇餐廳名真係唔知呢度係食打邊爐🥢。我哋一行三人星期五晚去咗幫襯,好彩有訂位,因為全場爆滿,Walk-in嘅話要九點後先有位,人氣超高👏。呢度環境比睇相更正,絕對值得嚟到訪兼打卡📸。餐廳提供各式火鍋湯底同配料🍲,我哋叫到一枱都係,但價錢其實唔算好貴,因為全部都大大碟。大紅袍招牌麻辣鍋($108),麻辣鍋好震撼,血紅色嘅湯底鋪滿辣椒同花椒等配料🌶,開頭食都幾爽,麻味又夠。但愈滾愈唔對路,因為愈食愈辣,我同其中一個朋友都頂唔順,係咁灌嘢飲🥵。最終我哋忍唔住問女店員可唔可以俾啲滾水溝淡佢,點知佢超好人,幫我們換咗個清湯出嚟🙏🏻。多得佢嘅幫忙,我哋先可以繼續烚吓烚吓。手切封門柳($198),封門柳好大碟🥩,我諗碟中有超過廿片,而且每片大小厚薄適中,唔會碎濕濕。封門柳嘅紋理平均,肉味極為濃郁,口感富有彈性,高質!招牌五寶丸($98),手打丸係必食推介🍢,唔好睇佢細細粒,每款各有特色,而共通點係爽彈。五寶丸包括牛筋丸、墨魚丸、梅菜豬肉丸、蝦丸同埋鯪魚丸,每款兩粒,我全部都要❤️。鬼馬蝦膠($68),佢嘅造法有啲似春風得意腸,將蟹籽蝦膠釀入油炸鬼內。🦐蝦膠鮮味彈牙,但個人就唔太鍾意將油炸鬼放湯,因為比較油膩。沙嗲豬頸肉($60),🐷豬頸肉有好多條,沙嗲醃得好入味,但始終用泰式燒烤整法會香口啲。牛脷托($60),👅牛脷都OK,超碼有成十片八片,淥完肉質都無變韌。萵筍片($35),萵筍正常啦,不過都翠綠嘅💚,但我認為片薄啲會更好食。椒鹽粟米($52),打邊爐以外,我哋仲嗌咗樣小食。🌽粟米用椒鹽爆香,鹹鹹哋又甜甜哋,同時亦不乏辣味,或者用避風塘口味嚟形容都幾適合。飲品項目並無列於餐牌上🥤,不過餐廳係有賣自家製嘅清熱飲品,分別係酸梅湯同竹蔗茅根。每榨售賣$35,我認為都算幾抵飲,而且佢哋仲救咗我一命,幫手滅火🤣。留意返⚠️,餐廳收取醬油費($15/位)同前菜費($20/碟),並設有加一服務費,所以夾夾埋埋計的話,雜項費用都唔少啊。總括嚟講,呢間餐廳各方面都令人滿意👍,食材質素不俗,定價亦都係合理水平。女店員服務貼心,值得再次表揚。最後,我當然會同大家分享埋餐廳嘅餐牌同環境相片啦😜。嚟呢度打卡定打邊爐?Why not both😍!題外話,餐廳連洗手間都係咁打卡Able🚻。Read More

周末同屋企人響灣仔附近行街,夜晚屋企人話想試下D舊式大排檔,懟下大啤酒,跟住我就上網幫手揾下附近有咩正嘅大排檔,search下見到一間個名叫大飯店嘅餐廳,單聽個名已經feel到係行懷舊路綫,而且從相黎睇佈置非常吸引,心唸老一輩嘅屋企人實會好中意。呢間大飯店其實就係銅鑼灣同灣仔港鐵站中間,出咗地鐵站,大概路程10分鐘左右,但只係一條直路,唔算難揾,係一棟大廈嘅7樓。入到大飯店,真係眼前一亮,好似穿越翻到去就香港,D佈景好有心思,有賭場、麻雀舘、桑拿房等等,可能我自己唔係出生係呢個年度,呢D舊式場景E加香港真係好難揾到,我净係響香港80年代或90年代嘅電影入面見到,我嘅屋企人就當然超級興奮,話好懷念以前舊香港嘅味道。講翻野食方面,呢度火鍋湯底有好多可以選擇,我近排可能個人有少少熱氣,就撿咗豆腐清湯,清淡D都更加可以食到食材嘅原汁原味,火鍋食材上就海鮮、肉類同蔬菜基本上都好齊全,比較令我感興趣嘅位係除咗D大路來貨料,都好多手工製作嘅食物,睇得出餐廳響食物出品同創新方面都有一定要求。打邊爐點除左湯底緊要,個醬都係一大關鍵,呢到用黎溝醬油又唔係花生用或者麻油,居然係自己提煉嘅葱油,呢個認真超級大驚喜,我打邊爐咁多年都係第一次用葱油做醬,葱已經炸到顔色好深,應該D味道都炸咗落曬D油到,可以話係邊爐絕配,起到一個增香嘅效果,葱油香味極濃,可以話任何食材點一點呢個葱油都加分唔少,我超中意食。果然D自家製野就最有特色亦都最好食,我覺得最好味就係手打牛筋丸同芝士蝦丸,手打牛筋丸唔算大粒,亦都唔係主打彈牙,而係走另一條路綫,其實好多出面食到嘅牛筋丸都係得個爽口,味道欠缺,但呢度嘅唔同,牛肉味同牛油香味都好夠,響口腔入面爆炸,好香口,好美味,感覺食緊口感好正嘅上等牛肉咁;而蝦丸個特別位就係做個細緻,唔係簡單咁外面蝦肉,包住中間嘅芝士呢種出面經常出現嘅做法,而係細細粒,入面D芝士唔多,但係比較平均分佈響蝦肉入面,可蝦丸融為一體,食起身先係食到蝦肉嘅鮮甜味,再係芝士淡淡嘅奶香味增香,整體感覺有層次得黎又更融合。至於其他食材,就都算幾新鮮,無乜雪藏野,水準都同類火鍋店黎講,出品算唔錯。呢間大飯店呢好多手工製作嘅食材真係睇得出有花心思,唔係為創新而創新,值得一贊。我地一家人都食得好開心,勾起曬我屋企人對舊香港嘅情感同回憶,成餐飯,老一輩嘅屋企人都係咁同我分享以前嘅“威水史”,睇得出佢地真係好享受呢一餐晚飯。Read More

杜老誌大飯店灣仔杜老誌道6號群策大廈7樓之前係網上面見到好多人黎呢間餐廳打邊爐,見到呢到既環境好特別,成間餐廳入面每邊牆身都擺左唔同既霓虹光管廣告燈箱,所以專登帶埋屋企人黎幫襯下,一入到黎感覺真係好似返到80年代既老香港咁,非常特式,岩晒鐘意打咭既朋友仔知道餐廳之前好似係食小菜既,最近先轉左專做打邊爐,見到火鍋配料既選擇都好多,而且仲有好多新鮮既海鮮同埋刺身可以揀,而湯底方面我地就揀左最大路既沙嗲湯底,待應送到埋黎已經聞到好濃郁,好正手切封門柳對於無牛不歡既我,打邊爐當然要揀返碟靚牛啦,今次試左呢到既封門柳,牛肉切得好薄,而且肥瘦均勻,係湯到拖一拖水已經食得,好鮮嫩招牌餃呢個招牌餃原來係黑松露肉蟹餡料,真係第一次試原來出奇地夾,碌熟左既餃都依然保持到好重既黑松露味道,屋企人本身唔鐘意黑松露既都話覺得正五寶丸分別有牛肉丸,蝦丸,墨魚丸,鯪魚,食得出全部都係餐廳自家製作手打丸,好有誠意係外面餐廳絕對搵唔到鮮鵝腸鵝腸既份量都幾多,而且好新鮮,只係灼一灼已經熟,爽口嫩滑,值得推介海中蝦滑呢個絕對係真材實料,蝦滑入面真係有原隻蝦肉,食落好鮮味Read More

好耐冇打邊爐🍲啦 今次同姊妹去左間走懷舊路線嘅火鍋店 名乎其實嘅飲飽吃醉😍沙嗲湯底唔會太濃味,但都食到沙嗲嘅香味,唔怕會好邪惡叫左咁多野食,右下係西班牙豬肉切到好薄,油脂分布平均,襯埋沙嗲湯底食好惹味仲叫左墨魚🦑滑,有粒粒蝦籽,墨魚十分爽滑,打邊爐一流海帶食落勁爽口,有淡淡海水🌊味,幾特別蜂巢豆腐打邊爐必食!!!可以吸曬啲湯汁🤣🤣食落勁有口感,冇響鈴果啲咁油,唔會好邪惡最後叫左3大杯hoegarden啤酒🍻,好盡興啊Read More
