今晚同朋友仔去食日本嘢,去咗旺角嘅一間居酒屋,侍應安排我哋坐榻榻米,開心😬如果想經濟啲呢度有二人餐都幾抵食,但係我哋選擇咗單點,想食多啲串燒同埋熟食!今年天氣反常,而家已經到咗秋刀魚嘅時節,所以秋刀魚刺身可以一嚐,但係我哋落完單先見到時令餐牌😥 唯有下次啦!先嚟兩杯飲品,嗌咗青蘋果梳打同荔枝燒酎,味道幾清新。跟住就開始食串燒,荔枝豚肉燒係一個唔錯嘅配搭,荔枝清新、豚肉充滿油香,食完感覺都唔會肥膩👍厚油揚其實即係豆腐,但燒得外面好香,啲汁好惹味,但又冇冚到本身嘅豆香,呢個係必食推介!另一個好食推介係紫蘇葉雞皮蝦串,好self explanatory 嘅菜名,三樣嘢加埋一齊,又係估唔到咁㗎!雞皮捲着原隻蝦,上面灑滿紫蘇葉碎。咬落脆卜卜,先有紫蘇葉嘅香味,再有雞皮嘅香脆,最後係啖啖蝦肉,好味,口感同埋味道都好豐富!大蔥雞肉串,肉質調味都啱啱好。跟住食A5和牛壽喜鍋,味道唔錯,牛肉都高質,二百幾蚊嚟講估唔到份量都幾多😏全餐飯最正係原條牛舌心他他燒,真係燒得好好食,只係燒到兩三成熟,牛味好出,唔點蛋汁都好滑!!!必食推介😋😋😋仲有仲有,燒脆皮白鰻魚都好味,呢個要趁熱食,咁先食到鰻魚嗰種香,佢有跟個鰻魚醬,但輕輕點少少就夠啦~呢度整體嚟講性價比都幾高,係一間可以encore嘅居酒屋。Read More
