餐廳分了兩層,下層是吧檯,上層是塌塌米,都是挺有氣氛的設計的。A5和牛壽喜燒(238元)要注意火只有一次性,不能再加,所以要自己把握時間,以免有什麼意外。真的是用A5和牛肉眼的部份,油花非常豐富,燙到五成熟左右,配上滑嫩的生雞蛋,入口即化的,滿滿油香。鍋內還有大量的蔬菜,豆腐,芋絲等等,吸滿湯汁。原條牛舌心他他燒(138元)挺特別的吃法,燒到不到五成熟,加上蔥花,洋蔥和蔥蒜醬,吃的時候再配上生蛋黃,口感超嫩滑的,味道真不錯。西野西京牛仔骨(88元)味道帶有味噌的鹹香又帶點甜味,挺惹味的,牛仔骨柔軟多汁,有肉香。雞腿肉串(32元)燒得表面焦脆,內裡還有豐富的肉汁,雞肉味香濃。三文魚燒飯糰(36元)飯糰本身加了點醬油來調味,燒到帶點焦香,再加上三文魚碎和魚籽一起別,增加鮮味。Read More
