Pretty bad experience but I blame the management , not the staff.Despite there only being 4 tables, the staff seemed lost and didn’t know what to do.Food took a long time (we asked in advance, is it going to be quick because we are in a hurry to watch a show), one order was missed despite there only being two placed.Upon leaving I had to tell them what I had in order to ring up a bill. Despite there only being 4 tables, the staff seemed lost and didn’t know what to do.
Food took a long time (we asked in advance, is it going to be quick because we are in a hurry to watch a show), one order was missed despite there only being two placed.
Upon leaving I had to tell them what I had in order to ring up a bill.
I would love these kind of restaurants to succeed but without proper training for staff, it will only cause angst for both the staff and customers, and together with it a bad reputation for Hong Kong.
