Went to this Chinese resto to yum cha with my previous tutor student and her mom. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Marinated Goose Webs & WingsThe goose webs were cool and quite savoury, easy to bite into. -Crispy Pork BellyThe Pork Belly had a crispy skin, with a balanced portion of meat and skin. -Signature Shrimp Dumplings The shrimps were meaty and fresh, but the skin was slightly thick. -Soup DumplingsThe dumplings were filled with hot, non-greasy soup. The skin was a bit thick though. -Deep-fried Shrimp Spring Rolls Wrapped in Rice RollsThe spring rolls in the rice rolls were delightfully crunchy, with the shrimp adding more layers of flavour. -Steamed Pork with Shrimp & Black Truffle DumplingsThe dumplings were mouthful and satisfying. The aroma of the black truffle was not that apparent though. -Birthday BunFilled with hot lotus paste, the bun's soft skin paired well with the filling. -Fried Rice with Abalone & Chicken The rice had a nice texture and aroma, great wok hei, and complemented the chicken and abalone well. .The prices of the food were on the higher side.
