酸菜魚以外… 小炒也真的不差;帶上四川湖南的同事来吃都說味道正宗(雖不一定是香港人口味);除了酸菜魚,我喜歡她們的干鍋肥腸,同埋辣椒炒蛋;别小看辣椒炒蛋,簡單一個家常菜,你就會吃得出是否地道… 可以說他們很多佐料都是道地的!讚!至于涼菜,我比較欣賞她們的尖椒皮蛋(不是廣東/香港式皮蛋),味道做法和我在四川嘗的沒太大分別!又讚! 繼續閱讀

陪遊客行街 嚟到旺角話想食酸菜魚上網見到呢間幾多人推介就一齊去試下除左酸菜魚仲有好多川菜選擇明明已經掃街掃到飽飽地 都忍唔住叫左幾樣野必食冷鍋酸菜魚魚片份量真係勁多 我地叫左例牌但食極都仲有鱸魚片真係好嫩滑又完全冇骨酸辣度好平衡 酸菜幾爽口 仲有菊花清香入面仲有萵筍金菇等配料 寬粉口感好彈牙孜然味雜錦香鍋可以自選辣度 揀左微辣真係好香好惹味有海蝦 午餐肉 肥腸 蓮藕 福花 薯條等等 勁豐富紅糖糍粑炸得好酥脆 入口好煙韌有糯米香 沾少少黑糖漿一齊食仲正 繼續閱讀

是日平日嚟,接近兩點先去到,佢冇下午茶,但係午市餐牌有85折,同埋非繁忙時間都冇特別趕人走,呢點幾好。川味漁香茄子 $62同港式嘅茄子調味有啲唔同,佢係偏酸同少少辣咁,但係撈飯食都幾惹味。酸菜魚$75呢間餐廳出名酸菜魚,所以都要食下,味道都ok,魚都滑,份量都ok。 繼續閱讀
