kickstarted our meal w the BIGGEST tamago tofu EVER !!! served w a tangy mentaiko sauce & yam stripes was simply creative - they went tgt so well like burata & tomatoes. for mains the donburi was beautifully presented where the ingredients were arranged in an alternating manner featuring crab meat & rich crab roe. its up to u whether u wna pair it w seaweed or a soft-boiled egg! next we had the shabu shabu! the thinly sliced beef tongue was chef’s kiss - tender w a delightful chewiness where the red miso broth was nt overly salty & the vegetables absorbed the broth's flavors.
