天虹海鮮酒家成立於1984年,當初以家庭式經營, 只有四十個座位。現今已是南丫島上最大的酒家,設有800個座位,員工數目更高達六十多人。天虹-開設在風景怡人的南丫島索罟灣漁村,這裡是香港最大的養魚區,周圍環境簡樸優美,與繁華市區的氣氛截然不同,與香港仔距離,船程只有十多分鐘,駕遊艇出海,欣賞維港風景,享受海風吹拂和世界馳名的香港海鮮美食,是宴請客人和朋友聚會的好地方。

It has been around for many years since 1984 and is quite famous & the largest on the island.There is a wide variety of seafood to choose from, though prices are on the higher side. Ordering dishes individually can become quite expensive, so I highly recommend opting for the set menu. They offer set menus for different group sizes.This time, there were seven of us, so we chose the set menu for six people. It turned out to be more than enough - don't assume the set portions are small or that the seafood isn't fresh! We were pleasantly surprised by how generous every dish was. The only exceptions were items like razor clams, abalone, and lobster, which are served per person (so we received six portions for our set). We simply split those among us.All the seafood - including shrimp, fish, razor clams, abalone, lobster, and squid - was incredibly fresh and generously sized.The restaurant is conveniently located near the Sok Kwu Wan pier. Taking the ferry from Central is the main option, but they also offer a complimentary pickup service to and from Hong Kong Island.A few things to note: they charge both corkage and cake-cutting fees. The restrooms inside are clean and tidy, and the service is good.Overall, it was a great dining experience. The ambiance of sitting outdoors by the sea was lovely, the food quality was excellent, and the set menu offers decent value for money given the quality you receive.查看更多

已經一段時間沒去南丫島,今次星期五晚專程入去食個海鮮餐。餐廳有船來回中環尖沙咀,船程約半小時,都可以話係非常方便。可能真係多左人北上,即使星期五晚上,餐廳都唔滿座。雖然以家天氣唔算凍,但坐室外餐廳亦有暖爐提供。今次食到南丫島經典海鮮餐,非常惹味。海鮮餐真材實料,今餐樣樣都好味!冇得彈最喜歡椒鹽瀨尿蝦,外殼炸到勁脆。吉列鮮魷都係必點,既唔油又食酥脆新鮮嘅魷魚🦑炒蟶子非常入味,最後我地仲加點了天虹炒飯及炒麵。查看更多

3/5$2600的蘇眉,蒸老了還回去,換一條千$6的紅瓜子。豉椒炒蜆和辣酒花我都像是開生粉水,味道不算好。茶香雞,茶香很好,雞不算嫩滑,還好皮是脆的。瀨尿蝦炸得還算不錯,味道也入味。$800.1隻的乾鮑,只是過得去,不值這個價錢。查看更多

為了避開假日的人潮,特意在週中前赴南丫島。落了船,喜見天朗氣清,水更是清澈了不少,環境開揚,使人心曠神怡!來到老字號天虹,先點了客二人餐,另加一碟白灼蝦,還有兩支青島,一切準備就緒,開餐!以前白灼蝦皆為基圍蝦,迄今已進化至海中蝦。蝦當然是大隻得多,一碟例牌有半斤。剛灼起的中蝦肥美爽彈,更重要的是其鮮甜度直迫天花板!二人套餐由芝士焗龍蝦開始。兩件半隻龍蝦由頭到尾都極其多肉,絕對是啖啖肉愛好者的福音!廚師落芝士更是絕不手軟,澎湃得滿口都是芝士與龍蝦的合奏!繼海中蝦、龍蝦之後,輪到瀨尿蝦出場。椒鹽瀨尿蝦是蝦尾部份,炸得夠透夠脆,蝦殼容易剪開。有些蝦殼居然也吃得入口!蝦肉跟椒鹽的無縫配合,互相揮影!接著的海鮮由魷魚承接。酥炸吉列魷魚的吉列炸皮十分香脆,半滴油也找不到。魷魚有嚼勁、不靭,蘸些酸甜醬,惹味得很。份量甚多,食極都有。相比之下,蒜蓉蒸元貝較為失色。雖然蒜蓉和粉絲俱不俗,奈何主角元貝竟有點靭,失卻應有的嫩滑,小人認為是蒸過了頭。清炒時蔬是白菜仔,白菜仔爽甜有致,爽腍恰當,清清爽爽的,正好為豐腴的海鮮餐解除一下膩滯。多年來天虹的水準沒有跌過,實力長存!查看更多
