過年後要約朋友出黎拜下年聚下舊, 朋友揀左一間係長沙灣近排幾出名既文青餐廳- 回春, 令我都期待左成日餐廳係長沙灣地鐵站出左行五分鐘就到, 都幾方便, 餐廳入面雖然唔係好大, 但勝在文青氣氛夠, 而且唔會太多的枱變到好迫, 令食野定傾計都感覺舒服地中海海鮮燉飯-$158D個海鮮燉飯以蕃茄作為基調, 飯既軟硬度適中, 口感唔錯, 而且上面放上既海鮮, 包括有蝦同青口, 海鮮既味道滲落飯度, 令我地都食唔停口火龍果杞子莓莓燕麥奶昔-跟餐$38D杯火龍果杞子莓莓燕麥奶昔, 色彩鮮艷, 口感順滑, 果味濃郁, 仲有健康燕麥嘅香氣,係一個清新嘅選擇,另外跟餐另加錢就包一杯茶,可以揀冷/熱的迷迭香輕煎紐西蘭羊架佐莎莎焗薯-$168羊架肉質鮮嫩, 香氣四溢, 有羊味之餘但唔會蘇, 非常好味, 搭配自製莎莎醬, 味道更添層次, 而焗薯外脆內軟, 完美平衡, 整體十分美味總結, 回春除左外表好靚外, 食物, 服務都唔錯, 性價比高, 唔關得回春會越黎越出名啦

巴斯克燉雞配自家製純素手工麵包-金駿眉茶$108。雞肉吸收咗蕃茄同香料既味,有紅黃椒,軟嫩又入味,蕃茄令醬汁酸酸加埋墨西哥煙燻辣椒特別開胃。手工麵包脆脆地。迷迭香輕煎紐西蘭羊架佐莎莎焗薯,煎羊架嗰陣加入迷迭香,呢種草本植物嘅獨特芳香深入肉汁,莎莎醬用新鮮嘅番茄、洋葱、辣椒同埋芫荽等材料整。輕芝士圈圈山揸肉醬意大利麵,圈到好似一座山,山楂融合咗蕃茄醬入面,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,用輕芝士代替傳統既濃芝士,仲唔係健康之選咩金駿眉茶,金駿眉是頂級紅茶的代表,茶湯紅而透亮,濃郁。

今日去咗荔枝角一間叫做「回春」嘅小店!位置就喺福榮街538號地下,位置唔起眼,但門面裝修好有文青風~ 叫左主餐牌既「斧頭豬胺伴紅酒川貝肉桂燉啤梨」,豬胺入味Juicy香口又爽彈,肉桂燉啤梨擺盤好似一朵花咁,甜甜地帶有川貝嘅清香!另外仲叫咗個「秘製冬蔭青口海鮮蝴蝶粉」,冬蔭功汁好濃鬱,蝴蝶粉煙韌有口感,海鮮有啲魷魚仔蝦仔同青口,索曬啲湯汁,每啖都充滿泰式風情~ 飲品方面,我哋叫咗一杯「生可可藍莓低卡蕉蕉燕麥奶昔」同「蝶豆花熱情果梳打」。杯梳打由夢幻藍色嘅蝶豆花配上熱情果糖水做Base,視覺效果滿分。味道清新得嚟又唔會太甜,有汽同冰涼口感;杯奶昔我哋揀咗走糖,但甜度剛好,全靠香蕉同可可本身嘅天然甜味,而且聽到店員係即刻用攪拌機打出嚟。小店環境簡約舒服,服務態度都好nice。價錢方面都算合理,人均大概100蚊鬆啲。
