Revisited The Cafe at Sheraton twice for their lunch buffet. .As usual, the oysters and sashimi were fresh and satisfying. My sis tried the mushroom cream soup, and she really appreciated its creaminess.The cold cuts like parma ham, salami and smoked salmon were savoury and paried well with the cheese. Appetizers like tofu salad, century eggs and mala chicken wings were quite appetising.For their hot dishes, the steak was only soso to me. It was not that tasty and felt slightly heavy. However, I really loved their beef tongue, which was extremely tender, meaty and flavourful. The steamed egg was smooth and eggy too.We ended our meal with their desserts, which I appreciated the most. Such a diverse variety and they were definitely delicious. The chocolate cream choux was not as crispy as I imagined, but the rest like crème brulee, waffle, cheesecake were so good.…查看更多
