Revisited The Cafe at Sheraton twice for their lunch buffet. .As usual, the oysters and sashimi were fresh and satisfying. My sis tried the mushroom cream soup, and she really appreciated its creaminess.The cold cuts like parma ham, salami and smoked salmon were savoury and paried well with the cheese. Appetizers like tofu salad, century eggs and mala chicken wings were quite appetising.For their hot dishes, the steak was only soso to me. It was not that tasty and felt slightly heavy. However, I really loved their beef tongue, which was extremely tender, meaty and flavourful. The steamed egg was smooth and eggy too.We ended our meal with their desserts, which I appreciated the most. Such a diverse variety and they were definitely delicious. The Cafe之前去咗K字頭網站買到買一送一午市自助餐，好彩今日最終冇掛八號風球可以照常出席，不過我昨日都有打去酒店佢話可以改期的，今次係我第一次去呢間酒店食自助餐，期待！因為食物太多好難品評太多，亦都食唔到咁多款式，只講個人食過的必食推介😁冷盤：煙三文魚熱葷：燒牛，燒鵝，蒸魚，吉列雞扒(咖喱）刺身：希靈魚，甜蝦凍海鮮：長腳蟹，法國生蠔，翡翠螺甜品：Tiramisu，朱古力蛋糕，芝麻蛋糕，焦糖燉蛋整體嚟講，今日食呢個自助餐非常之抵，甜品係最出色，長腳蟹都唔錯，其他就一般般，服務很好，收碟快，環境舒服…Read More
