Revisited The Cafe at Sheraton twice for their lunch buffet. .As usual, the oysters and sashimi were fresh and satisfying. My sis tried the mushroom cream soup, and she really appreciated its creaminess.The cold cuts like parma ham, salami and smoked salmon were savoury and paried well with the cheese. Appetizers like tofu salad, century eggs and mala chicken wings were quite appetising.For their hot dishes, the steak was only soso to me. It was not that tasty and felt slightly heavy. However, I really loved their beef tongue, which was extremely tender, meaty and flavourful. The steamed egg was smooth and eggy too.We ended our meal with their desserts, which I appreciated the most. Such a diverse variety and they were definitely delicious. The chocolate cream choux was not as crispy as I imagined, but the rest like crème brulee, waffle, cheesecake were so good.查看更多

一係唔食,一係呢排食左幾餐自助餐。朋友係自助餐粉絲,剛剛發現左有個優惠,係喜來登網上商店預訂呢個東瀛海洋珍寶遊自助餐買一送一優惠。大家睇完真係要即刻訂。未上七點上到去,已經有開即食原條吞拿魚,未食已經覺得好有誠意,好似呢排都好少見到有自助餐咁有氣勢。話明東瀛海洋珍寶遊,勁多嘅日本食物都勁正,日式鐵板宮崎A4和牛肉眼配炸蒜片,炸吉列廣島蠔配芥末醬、日式燒鱈魚、蜆湯、最癲係個鰻魚飯,條鰻魚大件到一個點,講真,呢個價錢你係居酒屋都食唔到乜,買一送一顯得特別優惠。海鮮方面,波士頓龍蝦、即開法國時令生蠔,麵包蟹、鱈場蟹腳、青口,大蝦,剩係呢到都已經夠你值回票價。又可能係東瀛海洋theme嘅關係,啲刺身係我近來食幾餐自助餐最新鮮的,不得不讚,個三文魚肥美到不行,帶子激大隻,絕對係回本位,仲要有海膽卷。當日仲有好多勁靚嘅燒味、燒牛肉、燒羊架、蒸扇貝、麥皮蝦,最正嘅有即煮嘅意粉檔,黑松露嘅Penne又係尾聲點飽都要隊番碟。就連甜品都有日式風,好有誠意,日本士多啤梨忌廉卷蛋糕、宇治抹茶紅豆歌劇院蛋糕、黑芝麻巴斯克芝士蛋糕等等,當然其實前段幾十款嘅海鮮熱食太吸引,已經夠飽,如果你酷愛甜品,一定要留肚。呢度嘅職員推薦6月14至15日自助晚餐推出一人份限定 ,香煎鵝肝配黑醋汁,特別可以extra送俾爸爸,絕對值得過來一家人食下,前排介紹過一個激平嘅Brunch優惠,聽講而家已經好爆,相信呢個優惠介紹完都一定會好受歡迎。查看更多

我覺得唔值喎 點解咁多正評 5星級酒店居然咁少食物選擇 場地又細 首先佢熱食真心唔夠 行左一圈都冇乜邊樣簡得落手 海鮮都係普通貨色 生蠔瘦到冇乜肉 又細隻…. 成間野味道都差 成個場入座率都好低 查看更多

🌊✨ Just had the most incredible dining experience at The Café in Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers! From now until September 30, 2025, they are offering the limited-time “Flavors of Japanese Ocean Treasures” buffet, and it’s a true celebration of summer! 🍣🍤We indulged in over 25 ocean delights, including chilled Boston lobster, freshly shucked French oysters, and mouthwatering snow crab legs. The sashimi and sushi were absolutely divine—each bite was a perfect harmony of delicate textures and bold flavors! 🍣💖The Miyazaki A4 wagyu ribeye grilled to perfection was the ultimate highlight. 😍🔥 Adding to the experience were crispy deep-fried Hiroshima oysters and a warm bowl of ramen that brought comfort on a sunny day. 🍜☀️To top it all off, we savored delightful desserts crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Sam Chan.
