呢晚同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間日本🇯🇵餐廳諗住食個好味燒烤晚餐🤣喺日本🇯🇵嘅時候喺超市、餐廳、商店、農產品直賣市場 等都會經常見到 JA 呢兩個字🤣農業協同組合(のうぎょうきょうどうくみあい),簡稱為農協(のうきょう)或JA,係指由日本🇯🇵 694 (可能數字有變🤣)個地區合作社組成嘅全國性團體,為成員提供聯繫同埋協助,承擔包裝、運輸、農產品行銷、金融、保險等有關服務;雖然「JA」係各市鎮運作嘅合作社,但「JA Group」監督多個都道府縣嘅跨區域性合作社、跨市縣經營農產品生產、批發業務,係一個極龐大嘅組織, 「JA」同「JA Group」名字 經常互換使用;而「農協」喺香港亦都有分部「全農インターナショナル香港株式会社」,呢間餐廳好似係 JA 組織底下嘅,所以應該可以搜羅到好多喺日本🇯🇵各地嘅高質素農產品🤣$78「野菜醋物」:沙律菜新鮮爽脆,餐廳已經幫我哋分開咗2份,一人一碗食得方便,「野菜醋物」口感清新🤩呢4樣肉放埋一碟,擺得靚靚,咁我哋可以慢慢燒🤩$480「特選日本產和牛肩胛肉」$298「日本産和牛上肩眼」$108「日本產厚切豚腩肉(辛味)」$98「日本産雞腿肉」「特選日本產和牛肩胛肉」:「牛肩胛肉」嚟自鹿兒島(我去過🤣),完整大大塊脂肪分布均勻,肉質超級軟熟,極好牛味,充滿 umami 🤩「日本産和牛上肩眼」:都係嚟自鹿兒島,切開咗成為 bite size,食得方便,同樣係充滿 umami 🤩「日本産雞腿肉」:雞腿肉嚟自鳥取県(亦去過🤣),雞肉軟熟得嚟有少少結實,好雞味,好食🤩「日本產厚切豚腩肉(辛味)」:豬腩肉嚟自熊本県(都去過🤣),厚切,好滋味,肉質軟熟,少少辣,好好食🤩$120「海鮮石頭鍋飯」:海鮮包括有鮮蝦同魷魚,仲加咗菇菌,又燒到有啲啲飯焦,好味道🤩$20「味噌湯」:簡單好飲🤩$30「Oolong Tea」、$45「檸檬梳打」 :兩杯都凍冰冰好清新🤩真係非常美味嘅一餐🤩,食完之後店長哥哥仲送咗雲呢拿雪糕俾我哋食,食得好開心🤩

Had an absolutely fantastic Yakiniku dinner at 和牛燒肉‧純 (Wagyu Yakiniku Pure)! We decided to indulge in their premium beef offerings. 🤩Japanese Seared Wagyu Beef Tartare ($188)We started with this appetizer. Lightly seared on the outside, leaving the inside beautifully raw and tender. It had a delicate flavour and melted in the mouth – a great start! 😋Grilled Assorted Mushrooms ($98)A simple side of various mushrooms 🍄, nicely grilled. Provided a good earthy balance to the richness of the beef.A5 Premium Wagyu Sirloin & Yakiniku Platter ($980)This was the absolute highlight! 🔥 A stunning platter showcasing different cuts of high-quality A5 Japanese Wagyu. Here's the breakdownremium Wagyu Sirloin (特選和牛西冷)Incredible marbling! 💯 This cut was exceptionally tender, literally melting in your mouth with that luxurious, buttery Wagyu richness. Pure bliss!Premium Wagyu Steak (特選和牛牛排肉)A thicker, more substantial steak cut compared to the others. Still beautifully marbled and tender, offering a satisfying meaty bite and deep beef flavour. 👍Wagyu Steak (和牛牛排肉)Another cut of delicious Wagyu steak. Juicy, tender, and full of that unmistakable Wagyu flavour. Consistently high quality.Thick-Cut Beef Tongue (厚切牛舌)Loved these! The thick slices offered a delightful, slightly chewy yet tender texture after grilling. Fantastic flavour, especially with a bit of salt and lemon. 🍋Thin-Sliced Wagyu Shoulder Loin w/ Sukiyaki Sauce (薄燒和牛肩眼配壽喜燒汁)This was a treat! ✨ The staff actually grilled these paper-thin slices for us right at the table – great service! Coated in a sweet and savoury sukiyaki sauce, they cooked in just seconds and were incredibly soft and flavourful. Delicious!Overall, it was an amazing Wagyu experience. The A5 platter truly showcased the quality and variety of Japanese beef. While it's a splurge, it felt worth it for the quality and the experience, especially with the staff grilling the special thin-sliced cut for us. Highly recommended for serious Wagyu lovers! 🔥💯
