Summertime is here, usually I'd prefer something light for lunch, easier to digest and handy to carry. This takeout shop in Sheung Wan specialises in hand-shredded chicken, and a variety of chicken snacks in bite size. Hygienic, well packed in boxes, and the portion is just right. Hand-shredded chicken came with 3 flavours: original, cumin, and mala spicy. I tried the OG and cumin, both of them were tasty, not heavy at all, and there are slices of cucumber salad underneath the chicken. The 1-person set was 48hkd, including the main protein, rice, snack, and a drink/ chicken soup. The chicken thigh bones were essentially the upper leg of chicken feet, if you like flavoured skin and tendons to munch on, thiis is for you. Chicken wings were dressed in a basic sesame marinade, served cold, which is good for summer intake. Chicken soup was free of MSG, so I spooned my rice into it and made myself a bowl of rice soup! Time to get back to the afternoon work sesh.

同親戚買完BB用品之後，嚟到一間他介紹的手撕雞店，但我跟他說我不能夠食辣🥵，他說這間可選辣小辣或者不辣，而且有飯有麵可以揀🥰，希望這間手撕雞不會令我失望（5⭐️最高）麻辣手撕雞飯套餐（5⭐️）足料手撕雞配上少少，麻辣原來味道都非常滋味，手撕雞有濃郁的雞香味🤭，而且入口香濃又滑，配埋一個小食及嘢飲性價比都非常之高👍🏻。手撕雞絲麵套餐（5⭐️）配菜有青瓜，絲花生芝麻醬。而撈麵是用黃油麵的，所以十分有咬口😆。攪拌之後本口充斥柱青瓜絲及芝麻醬。新的10分香口而且手撕雞的份量，果然冇介紹錯👍🏻小食💓雞腎：爽口彈牙，識落還有少少麻油香味雞翼：入口有少少似鹽焗雞翼，食落雞翼吸收了醬汁嘅精華😘，特別香濃💓

手撕專門店有好抵食嘅午餐set:🍱手撕雞套餐(手撕雞飯+小食+飲品)都只係$48，超級大眾化，而且份量仲好多，一大盒手撕雞，絕不欺場，真係又平靚正!我今日同朋友就叫咗兩set午餐，一個辣嘅手撕雞同一個唔辣嘅手撕雞，兩款小食有雞腎同埋雞翼!手撕雞非常入味，我就比較鍾意食原味，朋友就話辣辣地先夠過癮!如果覺得唔夠喉，仲可以用$18購買其他唔同款嘅小食- 有雞爪、雞腎、雞中翼 、雞腿骨、中華沙律、五香花生小食嘅份量一啲都唔少，而且仲非常入味!如果想啖啖肉甘食?甘就可以用$78買半隻"蟲草花水晶雞"返屋企加餸添。正💕

本來係西營盤準備搭巴士返屋企時都諗緊食乜好，見到呢間呂錦記-手撕雞專門店特別多人買緊，跟人買黎試下先佢主要就分半隻或者套餐，套餐咁抵就叫左2個套餐，雞就一份原味另一份就川香手撕雞，雞就撕得大小均勻，原味有麻油香，川香香辣夠惹味。小食就一個要雞腎，另一份就叫左雞翼，雞腎夠爽口，雞翼夠入味手撕雞同小食都咁惹味配返個白飯就啱啱好叫得套餐緊係有埋野飲啦，今次就叫左個湯試一試，另一個就叫左可樂，食完川香味可以解一解辣手撕雞有咁多款味又有咁多樣小食唔同配搭，食多幾次都唔會重覆！📍呂錦記手撕雞專門店西營盤皇后大道西263號地舖
