Dinner for 4. Sat in the main dining room; could hear karaoke noises coming out of the private rooms. Decided to go for the “百變海鮮餐”; 七折品嚐價每位$348.Here’s what we had.杏汁燉白肺: very watery- disappointing. 翡翠炒蝦球: not bad. 菠蘿咕嚕肉: pleasant surprise! Sauce was the sticky kind; exterior was crunchy; meat tasted fresh and tender. 清蒸海星斑: which came after a looooooooong interval. Nicely cooked tho- doneness was perfect; sauce could be a bit more flavorful. (Too eager to dig in so forgot to take photo.)鮮竹上湯浸菜苗Choice of 楊枝甘露 or 蛋白杏仁茶 for dessert. In summary: high CP value dinner with friendly servers. The others were already planning on returning for lunch.

好耐無食中菜,昨晚同朋友訂咗中環利寶會館食晚飯,入到去覺得環境好舒服,侍應好好禮貌叫左自選套餐$388一位先來前菜:蜜糖焗花生,做法似反沙芋,用糖炒至包住粒花生,呢個食唔停口🤣脆皮燒乳鴿:炸到皮脆肉嫩,好多肉汁。配淮鹽及喼汁,但係本身好夠味,唔點汁都好好食😋濃湯雞煲翅:個湯真係好好飲,好足料,足3兩嘅魚翅,又粗又飽滿又條條分明,而且食得出係靚嘅魚翅,啖啖都好滿足。就咁飲已經好夠味,你亦都可以加啲醋嚟食豆鼓雞煲:嚟到個煲熱辣辣,鹹香嘅豆鼓真係好開胃,而且雞份量都好多,乾蔥、蒜等配料都好味好甜,好入味,呢個送飯一流👍🏻雪菜肉碎豆腐:雪菜好惹味,配微微煎香豆腐,平衡返雪菜嘅鹹味,而且都係煲上夠唒熱荷葉飯:一打開果陣荷葉香氣撲鼻而來。配料有燒鴨肉,蝦米,瑤柱絲,飯粒好乾爽,而且唔油膩。食到呢度已經好飽,我見隔籬枱仲打包兩個荷葉飯😂蛋白杏仁茶:香滑嘅杏仁茶,唔太甜,配蛋白增加口感,而且好養顏,甜品係另外一個胃,再飽都要食😜

今晚阿SIR請食飯,黎到位於中環德己立街既利寶會館,升降機門一開,就感受到店員熱情嘅招呼。上左茶之後,店員推薦咗2款套餐,那些年懷舊經典菜式(6折$328/位)同濃湯雞煲翅自選位餐(6折$388/位),阿SIR揀左後者。首先上嘅系濃湯雞煲翅,湯頭勁濃郁,雞湯面保留左少少雞油,配合足3兩嘅魚翅,口感當然係一流,每條魚翅都吸飽了湯汁,勁好味。招牌脆乳鴿的鴿肉肥美嫩口有肉汁,經過特殊醃製後,外皮脆焦,餐廳還準備了手套和濕紙巾,貼心周到。菠蘿咕嚕肉外脆內軟,糖醋啱啱好中和了肉類嘅油膩感,配上新鮮多汁嘅菠蘿,呢道菜真係百吃不厭。滑蛋蝦仁嘅蝦仁肥美爽口,蛋炒得火喉剛好,保留有蛋汁,蛋味濃,而且滑嫩。迷李荷葉飯香氣四溢,米飯粒粒分明。甜品係生磨蛋白杏仁茶,蛋白滑順,甜而不膩。整體來說,利寶會館位於黃金地段,店內環境優雅,有獨立房間,菜品正宗美味,店員服務周到體貼,商務聚會還是家庭聚餐都系好適合。

有幾個內地朋友落咗嚟去玩咁想食中菜就試吓中環呢一間高級中菜今次就食咗二人餐佢每一碟餸睇落去份量唔多但係食落去就必定夠飽㗎啦最好食嘅係佢個鮑魚炒飯同埋生拆蟹肉冬瓜羹蟹肉份量好足鮮味又夠二人餐埋單七百幾蚊 喺中環呢啲地段食嘅話確實係性價比幾高

兒子快要離開香港,今日去利寶會館食返餐好, 我們點了三個套餐:🌿濃湯雞煲翅: 翅湯有很濃的雞香味,火腿鹹味,翅的份量也很充足,應該有三兩。🌿脆皮燒乳鴿:乳鴿燒得剛剛好,皮很脆,肉也很嫩滑。🌿豆豉雞煲:芡汁很濃,雞塊很嫩滑,伴以洋蔥蒜子。🌿菠蘿咕嚕肉: 是一道很開胃的菜式,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,甜酸汁味道恰到好處,菠蘿也很香甜。🌿菜遠炒牛肉: 菜心很甜,牛肉也很滑。🌿飄香荷葉飯: 熱辣辣的荷葉飯,裏面有叉燒粒,蝦米粒,冬菇粒。
