大大話話都有10幾年冇食過八方雲集，記得想當年，zaza好鍾意食呢一間台灣過江龍，但自從越嚟越多台式餐廳落戶香港，就逐漸忘記咗呢一間老字號今日再次品嚐，覺得味道同以前差唔多，咖喱煎餃仍然係嗰浸咖喱味，好好味，但都係繼續好易散開水餃湯麵嘅份量唔少，水餃仲有四隻咁多；味道方面，湯底濃郁，麵有淡淡嘅蛋味，水餃實淨不過餐廳嘅環境比較迫夾，同埋地下有垃圾，唔算太衛生下次食嘅話，zaza就會揀以前好鍾意嘅牛肉湯麵～ 事關我記得佢個牛肉湯底好辣好有肉味，所以都幾懷念㗎

十一點半剛吃了一點東西，到了中午不太肚餓，但點都要有東西落肚，於是去了八方雲集食個餃子。貪佢快靚正，價錢便宜又合理，而且出來食香味俱全。一口食一個，在口中留有香味，好味易入口。

放學經過肚餓就買咗個招牌鍋貼餐，做下午茶，再飲轉咗珍珠奶茶，煎餃煎得底部好香脆，入面嘅餡都十分足料，食得出有肉嘅鮮味，同菜嘅爽口味，珍珠奶茶發揮十分好，唔太甜珍珠煙韌, 同出面嘅奶茶舖差唔多。

Order and waiting timeDo not believe the time it says, at least I won't next time, it said it was ready after 3 mins of ordering, but no, the food wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to wait overall 17 mins before the food is prepared and packed, but still I prefer waiting for the food instead of the other way round, so the food can be hot : p黃金咖哩鍋貼 ($40)The taste is "heavier" than the normal ones, there are 10 pcs, freshly fried, hot, it is only a bit spicy and salty, should go well with soya milk, but didn't order it this time because I wanted the 酸辣湯 instead . 招牌鍋貼 - 5pcs (+$15)This is a popular choice and suitable for first timers, stable and tasty guaranteed. I used to eat this quite often until I ate in their To Kwa Wan restaurant where the food was appalling, not hot enough, soggy probably prepared beforehand and still serve the leftovers. Since this time it is freshly prepared in this Whampoa restaurant, can once again experience the same good old taste.酸辣湯 (+$0)I think for "free" it is not bad, there are a wide variety of ingredients which you would normally expect in this soup, it is hot and spicy at the same time. So not for people who can't take a tad bit of spiciness in their food, I sweated abit drinking this, but I kept drinking it. I added some vinegar as many others would, a good alternative to soya milk and if you want an "all hot meal" especially for take away when it is packed with the food, it can keep everything hot when you get home.Did I get a stomach-ache?It's been almost 3 hours at the time of writing this review and I am ......OK! 八方云集是连锁式经营，以前在其他分店吃过，水准和价格都在合格水平，今天在红磡湾中心买完东西，顺道在这里吃晚餐。店外有玻璃窗，可以师傅在包饺子和锅贴，从外面看到的环境干净卫生。餐单上的东西很简单，主要是饺子和面食，价格都是一般快餐店水平，不是很贵。先付款点完菜再找座位，六点多客人不多，点餐后不到两分钟就拿到东西。买的套餐包括一小碗线面和10只锅贴，买相还可以。但线面的份量有点少，口感像羮，但不够滑溜，配料只是几小件香肠肉和两件猪大肠，味道没有惊喜。至于锅贴，已经凉了，皮有点韧，口感只是一般般。他们的东西不算突出，如果只为吃饱，是不会失望的。
