— Don’t usually settle with consommé ramen because I like my broths rich and thick 😂 However, this broth blew me away with how rich and flavourful it was! The consommé tastes heavily of mushrooms and has a fragrant white truffle aroma to it which really elevates the entire bowl of ramen. The lightly roasted prime beef on the side has the perfect cook on it leaving it super juicy and literally melted in my mouth. Its also finished with a generous sprinkling of sea salt for that extra flavour boost.

— Loved this! They char their house-blend miso with hot flames right before the bowl of ramen is served to your table. The fragrance of this burnt miso is so addicting and unique, and leaves a lingering fragrance of burnt miso on every noodle. The noodles are also cooked to perfection and have the perfect amount of chew to them.

— Sushi was alright, the fish was pretty fresh but the rice was a little too firm.


Pic 6️⃣: F.T.W Flagrantly Tasty Wings 🍗
— The sauce on the wings was really good and had a real kick to it but the wings itself were pretty dry and not crispy at all. Could do with some improvement.


📍Ambiance: Spacious, comfortable seating, staff are friendly

首先上菜嘅係和牛薄片,來自日本鹿兒島,賣相精緻,牛肉質柔嫩,入口即溶,牛脂香同牛肉嘅味好濃厚,蘸上生蛋黃,配上由芥末籽特調而成的醬汁和香蔥,層次再昇華!

其次係贅沢卷,其中一款人氣菜式,用上矜貴食材,如肉質鮮美的吞拿魚、海膽、赤海蝦、三文魚籽等,口感有層次而豐富。

壓軸出場有兩款拉麵,牛清湯拉麵嘅湯底好清新,原來係加上香氣獨特的白松露油,啲牛係有大理石紋。仲同美國經典扒房Lawry’s The Prime Ribs合作,做出原汁原味嘅牛尾清湯底!

另一款淨係個碗都夠特別,相當高身,原來係以熱油高溫烘烤湯底內的自家秘製味噌醬做湯底,濃郁的焦香和微微煙燻味,味帶甘甜,風味和層次感極為豐富,入喉後餘韻猶存。
