Marketing Assistant / Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

1.Assist with Local Store Marketing(LSM) initiatives for Hong Kong Restaurant, collaborating with the restaurant operations team to execute marketing campaigns.

2.Manage day to day social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

3.Collaborate with the marketing manager to analyze and summarize market information, such as market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights

4.Coordinate and monitor daily marketing activities of branches

5.Assist in planning and executing brand events and promotions, coordinating with the headquarters and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation

6.Assist in conducting market research and surveys to gather customer feedback, evaluate satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement

7.Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies

8.Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Minimum of 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in a F&B industry

3.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends

4.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

5.Proficiency in MS Office applications(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

7.Self motivated and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

8.Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required.
