Project Executive

We are seeking a passionate project executive to join our dynamic team. The executive will take part in coordination of mobile & web related IT projects for our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager to manage IT projects in different stages
• Arrange meetings with customers to collect project requirements
• Discuss, advise and plan for project scope, feature details and schedule
• Prepare project proposal and specification documents
• Monitor project progress, keep stakeholders informed for updates and issues
• Assist in change and release management throughout the UAT process
• Works closely with the team members to ensure the project deliverables meet with the expectation on scope, timeline and quality

Requirements:

• University degree of any engineering, management or related discipline
• Project coordination or consulting experience in IT projects
• Knowledge in programming and UI/UX is an advantage
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability
• Detail minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
