The Clay Oven serves up authentic Indian cusine. It is the only Indian restaurant in Kennedy Town and it does not disappoint. A great place to visit if you are craving some tasty brown stuff.We start our dinner with the garlic naan. Fresh hand-kneaded dough baked to perfection in an imported tandoori stone oven. The crispy outer layer is adorned with minced garlic and sliced cilantro, and the inside retains the signature soft and chewy texture. A delightful bread to pair with the following curry

半年前來過一嚐這店，已認為它是香港最好的印度餐廳。半年後再訪，水準依然，每道菜也非常美味！首先來了一籃前菜，有胡椒脆片及炸薯餅，非常香口惹味。mango lassi比其他店濃郁得多，芒果味香濃，加上酸酸的乳酪，很是開胃。Tandoori Chicken:侍應端上來時，鐵板發出吱吱聲，火喉十足，雞扒非常香滑，而且充滿燒烤味，令人欲罷不能。Samosa:外皮炸得很香脆，但不會過於油膩，餡料充滿着薯茸和雜菜，雖然是素菜，但味道豐富。naan 做得很輕盈，完全沒有油膩感，口感煙un，沾着咖哩吃剛剛好。咖哩牛脷：咖哩香濃幼滑，帶少許牛油和甜味，令人吃上癮，牛脷厚切的，軟稔美味。鑊仔羊肉：這個咖哩比上一個香辣點，而且羊肉炆得很稔，羊肉味濃郁但不會太蘇。吃罷有一些用全盒盛著的糖和香草，用來消除剛吃過的濃味，非常細心。

I was invited to the Clay Oven at Kennedy Town for a try out of their authentic Indian cuisine. I was elated since I love Indian cuisine, also knowing they use clay oven, the real Indian BBQ and grill oven stone excited me.The restaurant is small but homey with Indians posters all over the wall. The restaurant is quite dim in general but is liven up by the illuminating open bar. Server was attentive and was very keen on giving recommendation.
