Pic 1️⃣: English Brunch - $118 hkd 🍳 — The black truffle scrambled eggs were super creamy and fluffy, and complemented the ciabatta well. Mushrooms were seasoned well and roasted nicely. Bacon was super dry and quite burnt, meaning there wasn’t much that was actually edible. Taste of the sausages were okay, but the sausage casings were SO thick and hard to bite into, which made it incredibly hard to eat. Pic 2️⃣: Spicy Tiger Shrimp Spaghetti - $108 hkd 🍝
— This looked better than it tasted unfortunately. The sauce was super sweet and did not go well with a pasta dish at all. If this had more of a savoury taste to it, this would definitely be really delicious. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente texture which I enjoyed. The shrimps were cooked nicely and also quite fresh. However, I did not particularly enjoy the huge amounts of chilli seeds and chilli pepper skin in this dish as it really affected the texture of the dish and convenience whilst eating it.

— This really let me down as the photo made it seem so creamy and delicious, so I had high expectations. However, this was almost undrinkable... it was so sour and acidic and all the flavours did not blend well at all. The coffee in this already had a more acidic flavour to it, and with the beer it just became overpowering. None of the different elements in this drink combined well, and it just seemed like I was drinking some strange concoction of liquids that don’t mix well together. I think this is a creative drink and does have the potential, but the flavours really need to be sorted out.
