成日都講話要試Associazione Chianti嘅Fiorentina, 終於搵咗個特別日子試試佢 Menu選擇唔算多, 侍應建議share食嘅話可以Antipasto, Primi, Macellaio, Contorno各一款, 不過我地食量唔大, 就捨棄咗Primi (First Main, 即係pasta類), 2個Antipasti, 1個Macellaio, 1個Contorno同1個甜品, 甜品比pasta重要落單之前送上香草麵包同蘿蔔青瓜, 個dipping sauce幾creamy, 橄欖油加鹽比陳醋更顯麵包牛油香 Carne Cruda / 托斯卡尼牛肉他他配 Carta di Musica 脆餅Carne Cruda指生肉, 即埸加入香草碎、蔥粒、乾蔥粒、芥辣、鹽同黑椒, 攪拌完加入脆餅伴碟, 純小麥嘅香脆加埋少少鹹嘅生牛肉香, 調味同平時嘅Beef Tartare非常唔同Salumi Misti / 精選意式火腿 - 中規中矩嘅cold cutsBistecca alla Fiorentina / 1000克厚切佛羅倫斯T骨牛扒 - 切開前會畀你先打卡影相

Associazione Chianti 牛扒出色其實都唔係新聞嚟，襯住高興日子一於去食個靚扒！前菜先揀左 Salumi Misti , 即係 cold cuts 嘅拼盤，佢有三四款唔同嘅肉，都係一啲咸味相對地比較重嘅肉，意料之內。之後就係 Carne Cruda ，托斯卡納風嘅牛扒他他，同法式相比無輪係配料同味道上都有好明顯嘅分別，呢個絕對值得試。重頭戲當然就係牛扒喇 ，今次揀左12-20日熟成Ｔ骨嘅 Bistecca alla Fiorentina 翡冷翠牛扒 ，叫得做 翡冷翠牛扒 必需要符合三個條件，首先要係有一定重量以上嘅Ｔ骨扒，其次起碼要有三指厚 同埋一定要係明火燒，所以技術上同其他牛扒嘅造法唔太一樣，加上佢地特製嘅調味，牛柳同西冷都好好食，西冷果邊直頭係大癲。酒方面就由佢地嘅 ”wine guy” 介紹左枝意大利 Stefano Amerighi Cortona Syrah，香港地去餐廳開枝酒就點都唔會抵喇，但係佢又真係介紹得好好，因為我地食托斯卡納風但又唔想飲 Brunello，佢介紹呢枝 Syrah 同澳洲嘅好唔同得嚟同啲牛都非常之夾。甜品叫左 Meringata 意

試過幾間Blabksheep旗下的餐廳，品質一向有保障，今次首嚐Associazione Chianti，抱有相當大的期望，果然不負所望，表現出色。每次經過門口都被鮮紅色的招牌吸引，一入去兩旁的展示雪櫃，一塊塊熟成好的牛扒令人食指大動。今次只有兩個人，因此不能點太多菜式，加上第一次來，只點了一個頭盤、招牌T-bone steak和一個甜品。首先奉上餐廳提供的蔬菜條同麵包。除了常見的青瓜、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄仔外，還有香港比較少有的red radish、Chicory(苦白菜)，配上自家製醬汁和橄欖油，有助去除蔬菜的草青苦澀。作為steakhouse 的前菜，幫我們這班食肉獸抵銷些少罪惡感。另外，麵包上碟時還是暖的，反應比較兩極，蒜蓉味十分香，也混合了Prosciutto，鹹香可口，不過包體濕潤，口感相對煙韌，如果喜歡鬆脆麵包，可能不對味。Prosciutto e MeloneOff menu的是日頭盤，不會出錯的組合，鹹甜味道平衡，蜜瓜單吃反而太甜，配上火腿剛好中和。不過由於的不喜歡薄荷葉，因此對我而言有點突兀。Bistecca Alla Fiorentina1kg的T-bone 佛羅倫斯，三
