今日男朋友生日,差唔多早咗一個例拜book位,但都已經無哂側邊位,無辦法啦,首先waiter 攞咗盤面包,有三款,其中啡色嗰個好軟熟,正 頭盆叫咗鵝肝(Hot Appetisers, Escalope de foie gras à la façon Thurgovienne,Pan-Fried Goose LiverEscalope with caramelised apple wedges and apple cider sauce),入口即溶,好味,但就貴咗啲, 叫埋芝士火鍋 (Chesa's Cheese Specialities, Fondue Vaudoise,Traditional Swiss Fondue With Gruyère and Emmental, served with baguette),waiter 提我哋使唔使加少啲酒,驚我哋會苦,所以出嚟嘅芝士味道好啱我哋口味,用面包點嚟食,冬天食好有風味,好溫暖,食之前佢哋會為你遞上芝士形碟,好有特色. 主菜叫咗牛面珠,(MEAT AND POULTRY, Joue de boeuf marinée et brai

Beef cheeks marinated and braised in red wine), chef 好體貼幫我哋分咗兩隻碟,所以我哋各自一碟慢慢食.
第一次食牛面珠,估唔到咁稔,waiter 話因為牛成日食嘢,面珠成日郁,所以稔,
啲汁同牛真係絕配,好好味,極力推介!
最後, 滙豐白金卡有coupon送一個chocolate mousses 蛋糕,估唔到都唔細個,

估唔到今晚都食到好飽, 美中不足係坐唔到側邊位啫,
