Found a hidden gem of Malaysian food in Soho! It is located in Tsun Wing Lane, off the Mid-Levels escalator, near Pure Fitness.

Boss is really friendly and would sincerely introduce diners to the restaurant and their signature dishes. We could feel that she loves her restaurant, is passionate about her food and is eager to share it with all of her guests!

Delicious Bak Kut Teh and laksa are made with no sugar and no MSG. Portion was generous. Much enjoyed!

Boss also told us that she would love to incorporate ART in her restaurant, to create a community off of her restaurant, and more! That's why she would welcome artists to display their work here FREE OF CHARGE; and people can also rent the space for events. What a nice movement.

最近發現了這間十分出色的馬來西亞菜隱世小店《Brick by Brick》
老闆非常友善、用心製作美味的菜式
老闆強力推薦的喇沙、肉骨茶的確很有水準
沒有加味精、砂糖,但味道仍非常濃郁,證明真材實料! -
沿著中環半山扶手電梯上至荷里活道,在些利街走上一點,看見Pure Fitness,轉入俊榮里即可看見這家店,十分隱世

南蠻炸雞 Nanban chicken ($108) 本來想點一款海鮮〔卜卜大蜆配蒜蓉包〕,但喇沙裡已經有大蜆了,於是老闆推薦我們點這款也很受歡迎的小吃
南蠻味道甜甜酸酸,肉質嫩滑、juicy
配上辣醬,而不是一般配的塔塔醬,辣勁、刺激十足
跟啤酒太搭了🍻

我們則選了珍寶大蜆拼海蝦
湯底每天新鮮熬製,質感濃稠,聞起來已經非常香
椰奶味不重,是味道香濃、微辣的那種,惹味萬分
不加味精、砂糖,把湯底喝下也不會口渴 麵底預設為摻摻,即油麵拌米粉,正好很合口味
大蜆的確是珍寶大小,每隻都肉質飽滿,鮮味濃濃 另外還有半隻漂亮的糖心蛋!!!

豬肉為豬軟骨,骨膠原滿滿,口口都是超入味、軟綿的豬肉
另外肉骨茶內還有豆卜、金菇、生菜等,每一樣都吸滿湯的精華
豆卜有特別篩選過,回彈力強,也很吸汁 另外老闆也建議可把豬軟骨蘸上蒜泥醬,又是特別的享受呢!
