菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 $119豬肉選用梅頭肉，脂肪分布均勻，炸後外脆內嫩，多汁不柴；配上菠蘿和蜜桃，酸酸甜甜，十分開胃，停不了一口接一口！

通菜與蝦乾、辣椒、蒜頭等以大火快炒，煲仔開蓋一刻，依然熱氣騰騰。通菜爽口，鹹香之餘，又帶一點微辣，吃不停口

！利用了煲仔的熱力，海蝦被至蝦殼也十分入味。蝦肉新鮮彈牙，咀嚼間慢慢滲透出白胡椒香。煲內還有粉絲和洋蔥塊，其中粉絲更是盡索白胡椒的香氣
