Had the brunch set that’s over $600 per head. The waitress serving us was very rude. Looked annoyed with us whenever we wanted to order (it was a free flow/unlimited order situation). Did not clear or arrange the plates on our table, then looked extremely dismayed when she came over holding plates and seeing that there was no space on the table as if it were our job to put away the plates. Ordered the signature boat noodles for takeaway. Went home and found that the noodles were stuck together so hard that it was impossible to separate. Ended up just having to separate the noodles into chunks to eat. It was clear that they just dumped the noodles into the soup without cooking or mixing. It was very overpriced. Charged $1 for each container so $5 extra for two noodles and one snack. The food itself was ok but still overpriced. Will never go back again. Definitely not worth. …查看更多

門口個自動門不斷發出吱吱聲，好明顯無落潤滑油好耐。對門每30秒開關一次，坐左係度30分鐘好辛苦，只係想快啲食完離開。職員好似無動於衷。收銀員好無禮貌，落緊單時候後面突然出現左兩個人排隊，我望住menu諗左5秒到就比收銀員催落單。南記幾時變左茶記，慢兩秒都比人話。以後唔會再去，去一次真係人都癲。…查看更多

食物質素高，但服務態度實在太差。7月9號晚同朋友book左食dinner。我地已經book左枱，我準時到左，但其餘幾個朋友都遲到。雖然等左幾分鐘可以入座，但其中一個服務員（南亞裔男人）不斷比說話我聽，話我地未齊人，但好多人等緊。入座後朋友都陸續到達，但仲未齊人既時候仲問我朋友幾時黎到，可唔可以比我地張枱比其他人坐。另外一個南亞裔女人服務員態度仲差，不斷好重語氣同我地講野（因為我地唔知可以用QR code點餐），我地四個人同佢落左四個餐，之後遲來既朋友用QR code點左餐，佢衝過黎我地度好重語氣第一句就問”what’s wrong with this?”, “what happened with this order?”我地真係一頭霧水唔知發生咩事。真係好耐無見過服務態度咁差既餐廳，仲衰過茶餐廳，希望餐廳老闆唔好再請呢兩個人。…查看更多
