因為就黎係媽咪生日,阿媽平時最中意食中菜,加上佢成日話想食d懷舊野,所以我專登做左功課,搵到呢間係屯門市廣場新開既「神燈會館」帶佢去慶祝!聽講呢個品牌本身已經有成50年粵菜底蘊,今次進駐屯門主打「傳統粵菜.新派演繹」,成萬五呎地方夠哂闊落,坐得好舒服,最緊要係價錢夠親民,性價比高,岩哂一家大細黎食飯聚腳, 婚宴或商務宴客。.坐低即刻叫左隻「爆汁現烤雞」($168),真係無介紹錯!隻雞係原隻上枱,個畫面勁震撼,之後店員會係我地面前即席切開隻雞,切果陣已經聞到勁香,仲見到d肉汁係咁流出黎!食落去個皮真係超級薄,完全無多餘既肥膏,雞肉嫩滑得黎又好入味,每一啖都係滿滿既肉汁,絕對係必叫菜式之一!😋.之後上枱既係「黑松露琵琶鴨」半隻 ($138),個樣好特別,全隻鴨都係黑色既!而且好貼心,下面有個小爐keep住溫度,食到最後都仲係熱辣辣。一咬落去,黑松露既香味即刻係口入面爆發,味道超突出但又吾會蓋過鴨肉本身既鮮味,皮脆肉嫩,估吾到傳統琵琶鴨加左黑松露可以咁夾,真係好有驚喜!🖤🦆.見到餐牌有「煎釀原條鯪魚」($148),阿媽即刻雙眼發光話要叫,因為呢d懷舊手工菜依家真係好少見啦,真係買少見少!一上枱見到煎到金黃色已經好開胃,師傅刀工好勁,切開一塊塊之後擺盤依然keep住原條鯪魚個樣。每一塊入面都釀滿哂鯪魚肉,口感好彈牙,魚味好濃郁,外層香脆內裡鮮甜,阿媽食完都大讚好正宗,絕對值得一叫黎回味下!🐟.除左大菜,我地仲叫左個小食「避風塘茄子粒」($78)。平時食茄子最怕油淋淋,但呢度做得好好,炸粉上得超薄,完全吾會覺得厚粉或者油膩。茄子粒外脆內軟,再灑上大量既炸蒜,鹹香惹味,送飯一流,真係會忍吾住一粒接一粒咁食!🍆🔥.食中菜點都要叫碟菜平衡下,我地揀左「啫啫芥蘭煲」($108)。個煲一上枱仲係啫啫聲,熱辣辣咁冒煙,氣氛一流!師傅火候控制得好好,芥蘭炒完出黎依然翠綠,食落去好爽口,完全無渣。最正係入面加左大蝦乾、肉碎等去爆香,鹹香味滲哂入去d菜度,超級惹味又有鑊氣,連平時少食菜既我都清左半煲!🥬🔥…Read More
