食甜品,理論上應該係一件開心事,但喺呢間甜品店嘅經歷,完全顛覆咗我對甜品嘅美好想像。 由我哋一踏入門口開始,店員個臉色已經好似差佢錢咁,完全無笑容,唔想理我哋。最離譜係,佢哋對啲「偶像粉絲」客人有講有笑,因為佢哋搞緊Blackpink gimmick,但對我哋呢啲普通純粹嚟食糖水嘅客人就完全不屑一顧。 仲有,佢哋規定每人低消一份甜品,即使你點咗百幾蚊嘅刨冰/雪山咁大份量嘅甜品,都係計一個。其實點兩份 $40-$50 嘅甜品,總數都唔夠$100,但我地點左刨冰都仲要我地叫多份!咁即係要我夾硬食多啲,或者要浪費食物?當然最大可能係店家真係想賺到盡。呢啲規矩,我就真係理解唔到啦。 刨冰啲冰有怪味,好似用水喉水整咁,完全清涼。款式睇menu好似好多選擇,但到最後話得一款有供應。冰巨大份,但啲芒果粒同漿少得可憐,根本就送唔曬成個冰。我懷疑係特登比你食唔晒啲冰,因為橫掂每人都要點一個甜品? 最誇張係啲小丸子,竟然未煮熟,食落去仲係硬心,真心嬲咗。 環境就正常亂,桌椅擺得勁逼,我都比佢/客人撞過幾次,地上仲有垃圾同紙箱未清理,完全無半點甜品店應有嘅精緻感覺,價錢就有高檔甜品舖既感覺。呢間舖評分好高,如果抱住好奇心想試,你可以無期望咁食,咁樣你應該會無咁嬲,唔係唔嬲。…查看更多

Fine Restaurant,體驗的卻是災難

最近去左呢間餐廳,就遇到了一連串令人失望的事情。首先,開12隻生蠔竟然用左將近45分鐘,(間餐廳坐位唔係特別多亦唔見有人點好多生蠔)。雖然生蠔的新鮮程度值得稱讚,始終是cooley oysters,一定有保證,但考慮到整體體驗和價錢,一定唔係物有超所值。主菜都係非常普通,因為唔係貴,所以都冇咩期望,食得落口當快餐就算。肉眼牛扒味道都ok,但大家樂塊扒應該厚過佢,豬斧頭扒就真係大鑊,近三分之一都是脂肪,我就真係食唔落。有圖有真相。最爆既係埋單時既drama。第一張賬單上竟然出現了$688/6隻生蠔的費用,遠遠超過菜單上最貴生蠔的單價($98/隻)。當我地問侍應時,佢係一副愛理不理,唔該你快啲比錢既模樣。埋單差唔多$2000蚊。之後,改左第二張單再比我地睇就話我們點了兩款共12隻生蠔,但只有同一款點12隻才能享受優惠。事實係菜單上明確標示「歡迎混合點選」和「每隻單價」。另外,由於特大愛爾蘭生蠔缺貨,侍應建議用南非或者Coffin Bay的生蠔替代。之後原來呢啲替換品又冇折扣。(可能我中文同理解能力弱,比張圖大家睇下我既解讀係咪正確)咁做其實(我覺得)極度混淆客人(菜單誤導),仲會質疑餐廳的誠信(計錯數入錯單)。如果真係需要點同一款才有優惠,點解要係菜單上強調「歡迎混合點選」?再展出「單隻生蠔」價錢?混合點選是認為客人會揀左一款生蠔就不能再揀另一款?😂 跟住當你推薦「替代品」時,係咪應該預先話比客人聽推薦的替代品並唔享有菜單上的優惠,因為畢竟這是「替代品」吧,下意識會以為是一視同仁吧?食材係就係新鮮,但考慮到依到只係food court內的一家餐廳,性價比絕對令人卻步,特別係餐廳的名字「the fine restaurant 」,真係唔係請兩位外籍侍應,提高價格就變fine的。好耐冇寫過食評啦,但都要為依個「災難級」的用餐體驗劃上一筆。因為食物味道和服務態度可以比第二次機會,所以我好少會差評。但係誠信問題就一次都嫌多。望周知…查看更多

taotie69 我必須澄清我當晚已詢問餐廳的職員確認只有當點選半打或一打「同月份」的愛爾蘭生蠔才有折扣。(而我已經指出其不合理的地方)同時,我點選額外半打另一月份的愛爾蘭生蠔時,餐廳職員告知我沒存貨,有南非或另一國家的生蠔為「替代品」,「價錢亦一樣」。但最後是沒有折扣,這不是取巧嗎?另外,當晚我並沒有給予seafood menu。

咁啱行入黎大澳,離遠已經暈到好香蛋味同埋砂糖味,果種香味仲濃過係我隔離燒緊既燒魷魚。抬高頭一睇,就見到一條長長既人龍,目測都有二三十人排緊,唔講我以為派口罩,點知原來佢地排緊既就係我聞到好香既食物,沙翁!可能好多後生一輩都未必知咩叫沙翁,其實沙翁的做法非常簡單,只需4步就完成:1.     全蛋和蛋黃打發成蛋液;2.     麵粉、糯米粉、泡打粉、鹽和煉奶加水牛油拌勻後成粉糰;3.     粉糰加入雞蛋液至稠身的蛋糊;4.     用手擠出蛋球(用手唧魚蛋方法),然後放入鍋中,以小火去炸,不時用湯勺/筷子推動蛋球,待蛋球發大及金黃色後,拿出瀝乾油份,立刻撲上白砂糖便可。簡單黎講,成件沙翁最最最最最最主要既食材就係雞蛋!而依間野點解咁多人排隊呢?就係因為佢根本就炸唔切,賣唔切。所以每一件沙翁都係新鮮炸起,蛋香,糖味,蓬鬆既空氣感!無論食咩都好,都係新鮮最好食!…查看更多

這間被譽為食完會有幸福感的「幸福班戟」(幸せのパンケーキ,又名A Happy Pancake),在日本是人氣排長龍的梳乎厘班戟名店。先在2014年於大阪開設第一間店,翌年7月就發展至東京班戟激戰區表參道開分店,至今在日本共21間分店。在香港,已經開了三間分店,分別銅鑼灣、尖沙咀和沙田。今日好難得經過唔使排隊,立刻狗衝入去拎枱,成功點左一份原味!店內的班戟全部即叫即做,每個需時20分鐘,麵糰使用日本小麥粉和雞蛋製成,再以160度高溫在鐵板上蒸焗。原味幸福pancake會加上麥蘆卡蜂蜜牛油、焦糖漿,班戟輕盈得入口即溶,蛋味極香!平時我們會吃到太實沒有空氣感的班戟又或者食完好像食了一團風,沒有味道沒有口感。幸福班戟的蒸焗方法令到件事啱啱好,日本雞蛋比美國、泰國雞蛋蛋味更出!啲幸福感真係返曬黎!The pancake served in this restaurant is famous for giving u the sense of happiness and content. In Japan, this is one of the popular pancake shop with dragon-long queue outsides. The first restaurant opened in 2014 at Osaka, and then tokyo. At present, there are 21 restaurants over the Japan. In Hong Kong, there are three restaurants, located in Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui and Shatin.I am so lucky to see no queue tonight and immediately rush in for a table, and ordered an original flavour. All pancakes are made upon order and takes around 20 minutes to deliver. They are made with wheat powder and eggs imported from Japan, and steam fry at 160 degree Celsius. The original flavour pancake is served with caramel syrup and manuka honey. The pancake melted in your mouth with strong taste of eggs!We usually consume pancake of either too hard as metal or soft as wind, no taste and no texture. Happy pancake is made with steam dry which rationalise the texture. The eggs from japan are also more delicate and strong in taste than eggs from thailand and the US.…查看更多

見朋友艾豬去過這間餐廳,食物各環境好像也不錯,就趁週日有空去西環走走。環境裝潢枱與枱之間的距離不會過份擠擁,雖然樓底不高,但勝在落地大玻璃,一望無際的海景,空間並不焗促。特別抵讚一望無際的大海,藍天白雲,我相信任何一個人也不會看膩。天色好時,沐浴在溫暖的陽光下,整天的心情也會舒暢。我和朋友由中午十二時多一直待至三時許,待應們亦不會限時限刻,催促趕客,一讚!食物賣相食物方面,我點了午餐,我要了一份香煎魷魚仔配西班牙肉腸作頭盤和慢煮美國鮮嫩雞胸,承惠$148。香煎魷魚仔配西班牙肉腸雖然味道偏咸,但是整體的味道平衡十分出色,西班牙肉腸切碎輕輕油泡,用作調味,再加上最上層的葡萄黑醋醬更是劃龍點睛。慢煮美國鮮嫩雞胸 賣相真的不了。但是味道配搭很好。以慢煮的方法處理雞胸,肉質鮮嫩多汁,內層再包芝士,別有風味。但是整體賣相太白,香、味俱全,只欠色彩。結論整體來說,我認為環境滿分,服務還可,食物質素出奇地高。以午餐的性價比來說,我會給8.5/10。I came across with the Instagram of my friend and saw this restaurant.  The food and environment look great and I decided to go to Sai Wan togive it a try.Environment and decorationThe distance between tables are not close and you could still enjoy a certain extent of privacy.  Although the ceiling is not high enough, the restaurant is surrounded with a 180o sea view with window wall, which make the restaurant more spacious than it actually is.Special ComplimentThe sea horizon is snapped in your eyes, with blue sky and a bit of clouds.  I believe no one would be tired of this view.  In daytime, having lunch under the sunbathe makes your day.  My friends and I stayed in the restaurant from 12- noon to 3ish and with no guilt as waiters would not show a bit of dissatisfaction on your long staying.  Bravo!Food and PresentationIn this regard, I have ordered a set lunch, with baby squid with chorizo and US chicken breast with tomato and cheese.Baby SquidThe taste is a bit salty, but the taste is well-balanced.  Slightly fried chopped/minced chorizo as the seasonings of the dish, with the balsamic black vinegar on top makes the dish remarkable.US chicken breastThe presentation is really far less comparable to the taste.  The chef slow cooked the chicken breast in order to keep the juice in the meat and avoid the possibility of over chewy.  Cheese is melted inside the chicken breast.  The combination is nice.  However, the colour of the dish is somehow too pale.  All in all, it is a dish with good taste and smell, yet dull.ConclusionOverall, the vibe is awesome, service is good and the food is surprisingly outstanding.  Value-for-money wise as lunch, I will rate 8.5 out of 10.…查看更多

日日行過公司附近都見到依間野,基本上早餐午餐下午茶都食過。早餐黎講呢我就覺得佢係好香,但係佢就好鍾意咩都擺埋曬落一碗野到,我就唔係咁LIKE囉。午餐黎講呢,其實佢D炒粉麵係唔錯既,都夠穫氣,問題就係太多味精,好似次次食完佢都會好口渴咁。下午茶就冇得頂啦,就算真係有味精,因為份量唔多,所以都唔係好覺。佢係炸脾式者炸雞翼都好正,配埋個沙律應該冇得輸。最後要講既就係佢既外賣啦,一個字講曬「快」!絕對合乎外賣既必要氣件!…查看更多

前陣子看到Mira Dinning 的推介,Assaggio海鮮及帶骨肉眼四人晚餐,適逢朋友生日,經Openrice訂座還有88折。環境裝潢小弟十分喜歡簡約主義,以最原初的物自身或形式展示於觀者面前為表現方式,特別係生活係香港這個繁囂駁雜的城市,能夠係灣仔中心地帶望著維港,享受一刻寧靜實是不錯。特別抵讚這間餐廳的服務十分優秀,他們下單的時候不會流水式作業,會跟你輕輕鬆鬆談論食物,雖然他們對酒的種類不是十分有認識,但亦會簡單給予意見和看法。最後,我們臨場才希望準備生日的甜品伴碟,她亦能夠做到,值得稱讚。食物賣相食物方面,我們四個人就點海鮮及帶骨肉眼四人晚餐各一支白酒,盛惠$3000多。價錢方面,也蠻公道,白酒的價格也不太離譜。生蠔海鮮拼盤                        -賣相和擺盤需要多花心思,當天的生蠔不算肥美,不過不失傳統意式雜菜湯                    -她用不同的豆類作為這湯的主要食材是大膽的,配上比較清的湯作底就跟坊間沉甸甸的豆湯不同麵包                                -麵包麥味濃,熱乎乎,反而值得推介原隻波士頓龍蝦蛋麵            -必食!龍蝦處理恰到好處,不會高熟,最值得表揚的是蛋麵,雖然餐廳沒有明示,但我相信應該是手工意粉而不是乾意粉,意粉的蛋味很重,煮的時間剛好,Al Dente!惟一美中不足時這是一個四人餐,但份量跟二人份量差不多。35 安士美國頂級帶骨肉眼  -重點!原塊上,即時在客人面前切件,resting時間充足,肉汁回鎖入牛肉,切後再放上熱的鐵板微微令肉件升溫,口感微溫又不失肉汁。甜品三重奏                            -偏甜,女士或許喜歡。個人認為她的意式奶凍比較出色,滑嘟嘟的口感與濃濃的奶油香氣,再加上少少的焦糖香,不俗!結論整體來說,我認為主廚的功夫很好,有創意,兩款主菜的處理剛剛好,所以我會建議大家嘗試a lacarte。性價比來說,我會給7.5/10。Reading the recommendations from Mira Dinning, Seafood & OP Rib Dinnder Set for Four, I proposed to my friends for a birthday celebration in this restaurant.  You can even get at 12% off through Openrice Online Reservation.Environment and decorationI love minimalism, the way it presents itself with its originality.  You could feel relaxed staying in such a place while the hustle and bustle surrounds you in Hong Kong.  You could enjoy the moment of tranquility in the centre of WanChai, watching the Victoria Harbour.Special ComplimentThe service of this restaurant is absolutely outstanding.  They would not take your order in a mechanical way, yet to speak casually with you on thefood, daily special.  Although they have limited knowledge on the wine served in the house, they would still try their best to offer you some generic opinion.  We requested a last minute birthday dessert platter and the Kitchen would still make it.  I appreciate it a lot!Food and PresentationIn this regard, we have order the Seafood & OP Rib Dinnder Set for Four and one bottle of white wine, costing slightly more than $3000.  I believe the price is fair, in particular the wine list.Seafood platter                      The presentation could be better.  The daily oysters are not too fresh but still acceptable.Minestrone Tradizionale         – The chef uses different kinds of beans as the main ingredient of the soup. The idea is bold, but the chef complimentary the beans a rather clear soup which makes the difference between the common bean soup you may taste in other places.Bread                                              – Fresh and hot, with strong wheat favour. RecommendedWhole Boston Lobster Taglierini    – Must-eat! The timing of the lobster is just alright, not overcooked and still juicy.  But the signature of this dish is the taglierini.  I believe this is fresh pasta but not dry pasta as the taste of egg is super strong.  The timing is just alright too, Al Dente!  The only thing which upsets me is the portion.  It is a set dinner for four but the portion is just comparable to a portion for two.35Oz Grilled USDA Prime OP Ribs  – Signature! It is served in whole and cut in front of the customers.  Resting time is sufficient and the juice waslocked within the beef when cut.  The beef was served with a hot plate which raise a little bit of the temperature of the beet.  Warm and juicy.Tris Di Dolci                             – Slightly on the sweet side and ladies would love them.  I personally think that the Panna Cotta stands out among the rest.  The mixture of the smooth texture and creamy taste, with a bit of caramel on top.  Awesome!ConclusionThe chef is very experienced and creative.  The two main dishes are well handled. The set dinner is fair and thus I would recommend a la carte menu.  Value-for-money wise, I will rate 7.5 out of 10.…查看更多

簡單食飯就可以的話當然要支持黃色經濟圈既餐廳啦。朋友選了這餐廳,看了幾篇食評都好像不錯,就決定試試。環境裝潢環境其實不差,一般居酒屋裝潢,不算特出。坐位都算幾貼心,廂座有簾隔開,唔會看到隔壁枱坐了什麼人,就算講秘密都沒人知你是誰。特別抵讚抵讚的地方就是現在正值抗疫期間,人人罩不離口,餐廳一開始就提供兩張紙巾,一張用黎包口罩一張用餐時使用,十分貼心。其次,每張枱都放置左酒精搓手液,食客就不用走來走去去洗手間,加上她的洗手間數量唔多,排長龍就浪費時間啦。食物賣相食物方面,我們兩個人就隋意點了一個二人套餐,盛惠$598或是$568,餐廳好貼心的先上頭盤刺身前菜,再來主食和鍋物等等。我地選了-蟹肉沙律-味道唔錯,新鮮,特別係藍莓,粒粒都脹卜卜魚刺身 -實話,比唔上市面的普通日本餐廳,不過勝在夠大碟魷魚  -調味不錯,處理魷魚合格,爽口牛肉烏冬-烏冬正常,牛肉反而有驚喜。牛味濃,鬆化。湯底濃而不膩雞丸鍋 -還需努力雪糕  -正常結論整體來說,雖然位於銅鑼灣,預左係食租食位置食方便,但是食物味道賣相亦不能太甘。性價比來說,我會給6/10。I prefer having casual dinner with my friends at a restaurant under the Yellow Economic Circle.  My friend picked this restaurant and I browsed a few reviews and it looks not bad.  We decided to give it a try.Environment and decorationThe environment is not bad.  Common style of izakaya, nothing really special.  The seating arrangement is nice as the booth seats are all separated by curtain and you would not be seen by others at all.  You can just express yourself freely.Special ComplimentIn the midst of COVID-19, everyone is wearing mask now, and this restaurant provides two napkin at the beginning of the meal.  Explicitly, one is for the mask one is for the course of meal.  Alcohol-based handrub is provided on each table for customers’ use so we don’t have to walk around the restaurant for washroom, given there are only two cubicles in the restaurant.  It would be a waste of time queuing for the restroom.Good and PresentationIn this regard, we have ordered the two-person set dinner, cost either $598 or $568.  They serve the food in order, firstly sashimi, appetizer and salad, followed by main dish and pot.  We chose –Salad with crab meat     – Taste is well-balanced, fresh, in particular the blueberries.Fish Sashimi                    – Honestly, its quality is below ordinary Japanese restaurant but the slices are thickSquid                               – Well-balanced, and the handling of squid is optimumUdon with Beef               – The soup is strong and tasty but not oily.  The beef tastes good, tender and beefy.Chickenball Pot               – Lots of rooms for improvementIce cream                               – NormalConclusionAs this restaurant is located in Causeway Bay, a handsome amount of the money would goes to the rent, location and convenience, the restaurant should not compromise with the food and presentation.
