My friends and I walked into Blend & Grind with high expectations, only to be met with such horrendous service. The manager made insulting remarks about our intelligence when we politely asked for separate checks. The manager clearly did not understand what 'individual checks' meant, and how we wanted to pay separately instead of having one person cover the entire bill. However, our clarification was met with mockery, rendering us speechless. Imagine being called a '14-year-old' as an adult within this context.
