上星期的一個平日晚上打算幫襯這間圓鐵板燒因為他們的食品質素可以和價格合理. 但因為女侍應的服務態度太差所以轉去其他餐廳用饍. 明白客人多的時候需要等枱是正常的,但這位女侍應（之前有另一位銀髮的女侍應服務態度不錯, 但她這兩次都不在）可能因為人多比較忙所以心情唔靚,即使見到我們在等待她安排座位或需要登記等枱但她只管視而不見而繼續企响鐵板燒枱隔離等出菜直至我們再叫她,她才好不願意地慢慢行過嚟話“冇位呀”然後打算轉身走. 我們問她這是什麼的服務態度, 她邊轉身行邊回答“係咁㗎啦！”老實講, 即使食品質素有幾好和價格有幾合理都好但有這樣的侍應的話客人是不會回來的. 難怪香港人經常去內地消費因為上面的服務態度非常好.我們消費時不需要受氣.下次經過如果仲係這位侍應的話我們不會幫襯.Last week, on a weekday evening, we intended to dine at this restaurant due to its reasonable food quality and prices. However, because of the poor service attitude from a female server, we switched to another restaurant. We understand that waiting for a table is normal during busy time, but this particular server (though another elderly female server had previously provided good service, she was absent these times) seemed irritated by the crowd. Despite seeing us waiting for table or registration, she ignored us and continued standing by the iron plate grill station until we called her again. She then reluctantly walked over, muttered "No seats," and tried to walk away. When we questioned her service attitude, she retorted "That's just how it is!" while turning around. Honestly, even if the food quality is excellent and prices reasonable, with such service, customers won't return. No wonder Hong Kong people often dine in mainland China, where service attitudes are far superior—consumers shouldn't have to endure rudeness.
