很快便到哥哥15岁生日了，我问他想到哪里庆祝生日,他二话不说便说想去澳门伦敦人的gordon ramsay restaurant，因为他对餐厅的威灵顿牛柳念念不忘。这间餐厅我们已不是第一次光顾，每次来到澳门都会来品尝这令人难忘的威灵顿牛柳，虽然价格并非便宜，但是我在香港真的吃不到。另外，他的炸鱼薯条和甜品亦是非常著名的，最令我欣赏的是他们的服务态度和装修，每次都令我们有一个难忘又满足的回忆。🌟威灵顿牛扒威灵顿牛扒的酥皮非常香脆松化，里面有蘑菇、黑松露蘑菇泥、土豆泥、洋葱等，最重要的是牛柳煮的时间刚刚好，非常松软，可另加红酒汁更令味道精华，而小朋友他会另外配上一个烧汁。🌟炸鱼薯条啤酒炸线捕黑线鳕鱼，外脆内暖令人难忘，三炸薯条切到非常厚身，热辣辣令人食过不停，再配上Tata酱和豌豆泥，是必要之选。🌟太妃糖布丁亦是餐厅经典甜品之选，法式优酪奶油配香草冰淇淋，冷热兼备，感觉很有惊喜。🌟鸭肉酱宽面这个自制寛面，口感弹牙，配上香煎鸭蛋及陈年帕尔马干酪，味道香浓又幼滑，每一啖分条面也非常入味浓郁。另外餐厅很重视每位客人，当他知道哥哥就快生日的时候，他便特意安排了一个额外免费的甜品和他庆祝，而是侍应特意为他唱生日歌🫶🏻

今次walk in 食午餐，2 courses 或3 courses 大概$300，价钱不算贵。整体味道不错，我哋一行两个人，一个嗌咗two course three course，头盘沙律新鲜，另外一个头盘苏格兰蛋特别，值得一试。服务超凡，员工有礼貌，主动问及口味偏好，不是主动添加热水，经理会过嚟询问食物味道如何，买单时员工主动提出用Visa信用卡有$100折扣。算是我今次澳门之行最欣赏的一间餐厅，令人喜出望外。

母亲大人由外地来港探亲，我俩大乡里出城，周末到访澳门路氹。星期六晚看完演唱会，在 Parisian 留宿一宵。第二天中午，我们漫步经过 Four Seasons 美轮美奂的商场，及充满打咭位的 Bridge of Stars，来到了 Londoner。自从香港的 Bread Street 关门后，都未试过厨神 Gordon Ramsay 主理的餐厅，就选择了 Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill 用午餐。我们被安排坐在酒吧旁的梳化餐桌先送上美味的 Brioche 面包点了厨神经典的 Fish and Chips ($248) 及 Beef Wellington ($498)，美味依然，我们尤其对 Beef Wellington 大加赞赏！😋👍Fish and Chips 炸鱼薯条Ale battered line caught haddock, triple cooked fries, mushy peas, tartar sauce啤酒炸线捕黑线鳕鱼、三炸薯条、豌豆泥、塔塔酱Beef Wellington 威灵顿牛排Mushroom and truffle duxelle, roscoff onion, creamed potatoes, red wine jus蘑菇、黑松露蘑菇泥、洋葱、奶油土豆、红酒汁饮品点了中式 Chysanthemum 菊花茶 ($38) 及西式Chamomile Blossoms 洋金菊花茶 ($45)埋单时，服务员看见我用的是 Visa Card，立即主动减去 $100，赞 👍后来才知这是 Visa 与澳门金沙的联合优惠。有机会下次再试星期日中午的 Sunday Roast (今天是 Porcini Rubbed Roast Beef 牛肝菌烤牛肉 $298) 及 Sticky Toffee Pudding 😋

This is the third Ramsay Resturant I have been to, went there for lunch during a weekday and have the lunch meanu where they change it every month. The food was good and delicious as usual, espically the Cheese Souffles and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The perfect and faultless serivce from the Ramsay Resturant was the thing I was always looking forward. However this time was a let down, a few hiccups with the service, like forget who order which dish and other little fine details that the other Ramsay Resturants have. I am not saying the service was bad, the service was ok but not the serice I was expecting. I can feel they have been given the training and try to repucate it but it is just not there yet. Overall the resturant was good!
