Doesn't ever get very cold in hong kong, so it's hard to find a nice cool area to enjoy claypot rice. That was until i discovered this restaurant in jordan/ austin area. The decoration is quite modern and clean. The claypot had a lot of ingredients in it, and I especially loved the lap cheong. The oil of it managed to drip onto the rice and soak it in a way it was fragrant and yummy, not oily at all. Loved it! Highly recommend. Also enjoyed the clay pot vegetable which came sizzling hot. It smelled s nice that I could smell it before it reached our table. When the server opened up the claypot, it was a vibrant green colour with lots if garlic smell. Loved it!
