Ordered from the "all-day take outback home". Got the burger and the steak. Burger was bland, not enough filling, meat was dry. Steak was another level - having "steakhouse" in the name of this franchise disappointed me the most. The steak was not seasoned, chewy meat, seasonal veggies you'd find in cheap local takeaways. And the soup of the day (25/2), i couldn't even guess if it was pickles or cucumbers in the soup. It was not visually appealing nor did it even taste edible. It looked like dish water.
It saddens me as I've been a long time customer of Outback Steakhouse and I may not return for a while after this experience. I understand it's a takeaway meal for value, but I wish they'd care equally for the food whether it was from the A-la-carte dine in menu or from the value set.
