Let's talk noodle. The texture of the noodles is amazing. It's kind of like ramen but slightly more chewy to give that satisfying mouth-watering experience. Pairing this with their special scallion oil source, it's so simple yet very delicious. The chicken is tender and lean, perfect for those who doesn't like your chicken to be too fat and oily.

That's it for the noodles. Now, how can we leave a Taiwanese restaurant without trying their beef brisket? This comes as a snack so the portion isn't too huge. I suggest you ordering this along with the noodles to give it more variety. The beef brisket is quite good, very tender.

For the drink, I ordered the black sugar pearl milk. It lives up to its standard. It's not too sweet which is exactly how I like it.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in need for a bowl of Taiwanese noodles. Must try!
