We ordered the Nagasaki-ramen (長崎拉面). Looked around the restaurant, every table has ordered the same ramen as us!! The soup base was sooo nice, sweek and fresh!! The bowl was full of assorted vegetables! But for such a meat-eater like me, I think it would be better to go with several slices of BBQ pork!! We have also ordered the stuffed dumplings (餃子), fried scallops (帶子), grilled skewers (串燒)!!! Heard from my frd, the stuffed dumplings are freshly made by the shop owners everyday at home!!! wow
