I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and booked a table for 7 to host my mum and mother in law for the mother's day.When I arrived, the guest in front of me didnt make any reservation, but was apparently a usual customer here, and was sweet talking concierge to give her a table, which at the end was allocated a table in a nice corner.  For me, on the contrary, even though made reservation 2 weeks earlier, was allocated a table just right next to the entrance.  When I asked the concierge whether i c

For me, on the contrary, even though made reservation 2 weeks earlier, was allocated a table just right next to the entrance.  When I asked the concierge whether i can get a better location cos I booked 2 weeks earlier, I was given a standard answer "its a very busy day today".
Food quality was so so, a few orders were misplaced.
Why should anyone spend $80 for a plate of 腸粉for this level of service?
